JOB DESCRIPTION

the best and fastest experience possible.


RESPONSIBILITIES

 * Build and maintain tools and infrastructure that improve full lifecycle data
   and access management within Google Fiber
 * Participate in and improve the lifecycle of services from inception and
   design, through deployment, operation, and refinement
 * Maintain services by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and
   overall system health
 * Build and scale systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation, and
   evolve systems by driving changes that improve reliability and velocity
 * Practice sustainable incident response and postmortems


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent
   practical experience
 * 2 years of experience coding in Java, Go, or Python
 * 2 years of experience with System Administration
 * 1 year of Networking experience


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

 * Experience automating builds and rollouts
 * Experience debugging systems
