She handled our refinancing and personal loan after a terrible experience with another so called 'broker'. Wish we knew about her when we first got into the housing market. She is a true professional, absolutely exceeded our expectations in terms of... EVERYTHING. I like to think of myself as efficient but she is on another level! Would rate her 10 stars if I could. She is most definitely an asset to the company, never let her go!
