Our recent expansion is complete! We now have 72 luxurious rooms, a top-rated
12,000-square-foot destination spa with a hydrotherapy circuit, a new restaurant

Niagara-on-the-Lake and a 20,000-square-foot outdoor zen garden.

The perfect location with very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. We had
a 1-BR suite with full kitchen and it was spacious and modern with 2 bathrooms -
like a mini apartment. We would definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend!

Had a quick overnight girls getaway from Buffalo, New York and the service was
amazing from the time we checked in until the time we checked out! Everyone was
very accommodating including our wonderful shuttle drivers, the gentlemen got us
safely to and from all of our destinations, all of the front desk staff was so
kind and insured we had everything we needed for a great stay! The Notl bar
staff including Brandon who made us delicious espresso martinis to get our
afternoon started before the wineries. The morning of checkout we did partake in
hydrotherapy and massages at the spa and everything was relaxing and beautiful.
It was my first time staying at the hotel and my friends and I can’t wait to
return! Thank you for such a relaxing and fun stay.

Fabulous hotel and spa for a girls trip. The room was beautiful and beds
extremely comfortable. Fully enjoyed our spa treatments and hydra therapy
circuit was very enjoyable. Customer service was incredible. After checkout my
daughter left her purse hanging on a chair in Starbucks. She called the front
desk and they went in and retrieved it for her while she stayed on the line. We
so appreciate that she went above and beyond for us. I wish we had asked her
name so we could let management know of her excellent service!!! Thanks again,
we will definitely be back.

Decor is impeccable and the rooms have top notch amenities. Quality of rooms are
really good, the small outdoor sitting area for first floor rooms is incredible.

Biggest concern is that the ceiling/floors don't seem very soundproofed as we
could hear all the footfalls from the unit upstairs throughout the day.

This is a lovely place to stay. Location is perfect. The staff are friendly and
helpful. Our room in the Gate House was very nice, very clean and most important
quiet. Lots of stairs..no elevator. Beds were comfortable. Shower was so..so.
Difficult to turn off rain shower head. We ate dinner at Nolt which was very
good. There is parking by and behind the Gate House. The front desk is on Queen
Street. Niagara on the Lake is charming and unique so glad we visited.

Had a great time at this lovely hotel. The upgrade to a suite was welcome. The
room was gorgeous with high end linens and amazing little thoughtful touches.
The property is in the heart of NOTL with free shuttle services to some of the
local wineries.

The staff was responsive and went the extra mile when I needed something. 2
fantastic restaurants on site that are worth trying.

Everything about our stay was incredible, but most notably the 124 on Queen
team. Debbie, the receptionist, was welcoming, warm, helpful, and made our
entire trip even better. The spa services were also exceptional, with a special
mention to Dawn who provided an above and beyond service for the treatment
(oxygen facial + body wrap treatment). I would highly recommend this place as a
spa getaway trip, and dinner at Masaki sushi was incredible. Everything about
the hotel amenities, room, and location was perfect and exactly as marketed. We
will definitely be coming back here!

What a gem!! My husband and I booked this very last minute (the day before) for
our 25th Anniversary. They were even able to squeeze us in for one spa service
each. The seemingly tiny exterior is very deceiving. At every turn we were
pleasantly surprised. The room was beautiful and very clean! Parking was easy.
Location was great. We walked around town and even stumbled upon a Music Trivia
night at the golf club where we ate. Fun times! Also, I highly recommend the
Spa. Dawn gave me a wonderful Oxygen facial and my husband enjoyed his massage
(forget her name ). All in all a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend.

Stayed for 3 nights at easter and enjoyed it very much. Room was large and
clean, and recently updated. The spa is definitely worth it! had a massage and
spent 2 hours doing the hot/cold circuit which was a very cool experience,
especially the snow room. It was a bit pricey but worth it. centrally located
right on Queen so walking everywhere was nice. Only complaint was related to the
hotel bar. We popped in for a bite to eat and a drink and the service was poor.
We were basically the only ones in the place at the time and the waits were
abnormally long, even to get water and menus. The experience at Treadwell was
very different but that's a separate review. I'd stay here again in the
offseason when prices are a bit more reasonable.

I would definitely stay here again. We didn't get a chance to do the spa
experience sadly but it looked very enticing.

feedback i can give is that the poor barmaid in the bar was run ragged as not

I so hate my honesty.
Travelled the world. We’ve had the great fortune of incredible hotels. Since the
pandemic hotels seem to think they can stop investing and leave me with crappy
towels, dirty upholstery, or even worse, plastic upholstered furniture. No way.
I’m so done with Marriott and some other brands. I will only stay in Accor
properties eg. Sofitel. We’ve tried most of Niagara’s vintage inns which are
BARELY passable post pandemic ie. dirty and old. The exception being Langdon
Hall which @ $1000 a night, should be. So….. going to Treadwell for dinner and
wanted to enjoy their fabulous wine list=a hotel stay ! I thought omg !
Where???. So I recalled seeing well dressed people around this tiny doorway on
the main strip in NOTL. The Q hotel. I booked. Arrival: i was a tad cranky.
Larissa checked us in and she managed my spoiled , privileged little bossy self,
beautifully. The room, actually, the entire property, was flawlessly clean. A
must for me. Great room. The towels, linen,furniture, etc. was a dream. AS IT
SHOULD BE !!! So @ $500 was worth it. Thank you so much for keeping your
property in 10/10 condition. It was more than worth it.

I recently arranged accommodations for a fairly large group of work colleagues
at the sophisticated 124 on Queen hotel and spa. Our purpose was to establish a
convenient base for a full day of meetings. Recognizing the advantageous
location and the sizeable number of attendees, we opted to arrive the night
before and relish a delightful meal at Treadwells. This choice not only set the
stage for an enjoyable evening but also provided an ideal opportunity for
everyone to reconnect. The culinary experience at Treadwells exceeded
expectations, with exceptional food and wine offerings. The staff's impeccable
service added an extra layer of satisfaction, ensuring our gathering was
seamless. The rooms at the hotel proved to be both spacious and comfortable,
contributing to a restful stay. Moreover, the meeting room setup was flawlessly
executed, facilitating our work agenda seamlessly. If there's one drawback to
our stay, it's that we couldn't prolong our time at this exquisite
establishment. The desire to linger a bit longer is a testament to the overall
excellence of our experience at 124 on Queen.

Amazing stay
Couples stay mid week. Can’t say enough about the quality of the inn and the
great staff that help you. The underground parking is a nice touch for being in
NOTL. The room was spacious and had everything we wanted and the bed was
comfortable and the room was very clean. The 2 restaurants are really good and
that is rare to have both places a 10 out of 10. Great location at the edge of
the shopping district and close to dozens of quality wineries. We went to the
SPA and it was really nice, I have never been to a Spa before and I am not a big
fan but I am sure Spa people love this place. The snow room was kind of neat and
unusual. It would have been nice to not have one pool over 100 and the other
pool under 80 but that’s just me. We would definitely go back.

The spa is my favourite
The spa at 124 on Queen is amazing! I am local to Niagara on the Lake and have
been to every spa in old town. This one is the best by far! The staff are so
helpful and kind and the services are worth the price tag. Complementary water,
tea, coffee and cookies is a plus in the relaxation room. Their new hydro
therapy is the best one in the area by far. In particular, Erin and Dawn are
wonderful estheticians. I brought a friend of mine 6 months ago and got
pedicures with them and just went back last week. After only meeting us that one
time in august they remembered us and the tidbits about our lives we had shared
the last time. And of course they gave amazing pedicures. This spa is my
favourite ‘me time’ spot!

My favorite hotel in NOTL
Fabulous location, amazingly helpful and kind staff, beyond clean, incredibly
roomy and comfortable - I have stayed in NOTL before at the Vintage Hotels but I
think I'll be returning here every time now. Beth was our bartender at the hotel
bar and wasn't just nice, she was accommodating, kind, helpful and fun to a
bunch of crazy Buffalo Bills fans that needed room to pace and watch the game
and drinks to calm the nerves. Give her a paid day off or a raise from me!

Highly recommend 124 on Queen when staying in NOTL, or if you’re just looking
for a relaxing/romantic weekend getaway. The newly renovated property and rooms
are beautiful, the attention to detail is incredible. The most comfortable bed
and linens, we particularly loved the pillows! The staff is extremely
accommodating and thoughtful . We have stayed at 124 on Queen several times and
each time it exceeds our expectations. We were upgraded recently to an
incredible suite for our anniversary (Nov 25 -27) which included a lovely card
and a bottle of champagne, it made our anniversary even more memorable and was
greatly appreciated. We have not yet tried the spa but plan to book next time we
are there. We enjoyed appetizers and drinks at NOTL so much we had to have the
mussels two nights in a row.

Can't wait to go back
My husband and I stayed at the 124 recently for our anniversary. The staff goes
above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The suites are beautifully appointed
with full kitchens, luxury showers and a gas fireplace. Last year we stayed in
one of their regular rooms and that was also fantastic and had a gas fireplace.
The garden and courtyard are beautiful, and parking is a breeze. We can't wait
to go back. One suggestion though: I wish they had some USB ports for device
charging.

This is a great hotel with well appointed spacious and modern guest rooms. The
bed was very comfy, big bathroom, fireplace, outdoor sitting area. The below
ground parking is well lit. Staff are friendly and efficient, and there is a
good variety of onsite dining options. The location is perfect too.

Friendly staff and excellent customer service!
Excellent customer service! We have just returned from a 2 night stay and can’t
say enough about how great our experience at this hotel was. We arrived late at
night (9:30pm) and were greeted by very friendly staff They asked if we had
eaten yet (which we had not) and suggested a fantastic Irish Pub that was still
open. They helped carry our bags up to our room and made sure we had everything
we needed for our stay. The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the
shopping district and parking was a breeze. Super friendly staff, great food and
a very welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be returning and looking forward
to trying out the amazing spa next time we come!

Another lovely weekend stay
Another wonderful experience here with such outstanding service and amenities.
This is our favourite hotel in NOTL and they never fail to impress with the
attention to detail and friendly service from everyone. The bar staff, the
