Welcome Schedule a Call HI, I'M JOEL Thanks for taking the time to look at my portfolio. If you like what you see let us schedule a call ABOUT ME AND MY WORK How would I describe the work that I do? As a digital product designer, I help people test ideas, design websites and mobile applications, help decide on a minimum viable product by user story mapping and wear my hat as a user experience researcher and more. As user experience researcher, I conduct user tests and interviews to validate assumptions and ideas by gaining insights (the debate on insights vs statistics). I believe that we can learn by observing behavior in the field. Decisions backed by relevant data are better than decisions without... unless you’re lucky.
