One of our many priorities at SambaSafety is to reduce our customers’
administrative burden. We are always innovating to ensure each of our products
provides enterprise-level convenience.

Take our driver monitoring software, Qorta, for example. We have customers that
employ thousands of drivers, so creating new driver profiles and gathering the
required compliance and disclosure paperwork can be a full-time job in itself.
If only there was a way to streamline this onboarding process and put the tool
in the hands of the employee…

Enter Authorization for Enrollment.

WHAT IS AUTHORIZATION FOR ENROLLMENT?

Just like when you sign disclosures and authorizations when applying for a
credit card or car loan, the drivers that you are monitoring will need to go
through a similar process. Authorization for Enrollment collects driver
information and any required compliance paperwork from the driver – from forms
required for Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) compliance to any required
state-specific forms. It then automatically creates a profile for that driver in
Qorta with the driver’s information and signed forms.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

As a Qorta administrator, you’ll receive a link to a secure webpage that can be
shared with your drivers. Each driver will then access the link to enter their
license information, as well as read and eSign any required compliance forms.
Upon signing the documents, the driver will be added to Qorta, where you can
choose to enroll them in monitoring and purchase an MVR.

HOW DOES THIS BENEFIT OUR QORTA CUSTOMERS?

This process accelerates the process of gathering license information and
compliance paperwork to enroll drivers into monitoring. Instead of wasting your
time on manual collection and uploading, drivers populate in your account
quickly, thus reducing your liability and risk sooner. You can…
