Welcome to Bespoke Care Services



WHO WE SUPPORT?

We offer bespoke care services to people who have a learning disability, autism,
mental health issue and/ or personality disorder. 

Every fingerprint is different meaning everyone is unique in some way. In a
world where we strive for equality across the board, certain people have
individualised needs, we provide the bespoke care that’s necessary for each
individual. 

They may have a forensic background and reside in a secure setting. Some people
may not be at the stage of living successfully with others and require their own
separate and distinct environment. Others may have high acuity needs but could
flourish in a shared environment. Some people may be at the stage of needing a
pre-supported living setting to enable them to further develop their skill set
to live in their own house/apartment. No matter the situation, you can be
confident we can provide the high quality care that is necessary. 

OUR SPECIALISMS

We offer intensive residential support and bespoke care services for individuals
who are part of the cohort of people under the Transforming Care Agenda.

We support people in a person-centred way. The individuals we support are
actively encouraged to have control over their own lives and decision-making
processes. Our care team believe it is important to give power and control back

We act as a step-up service for individuals on the verge of hospital admission.

STEP DOWN SERVICES

Our step-down services are exactly what it says, we take individuals who are
leaving forensic or hospital settings.

PERSONALITY DISORDERS

A personality disorder is a condition that affects how you think, feel, behave
or relate to other people.

PATHWAYS

Throughout their time with BCS, our residents are prepared for the future and a
place they can call their own.

We specialise in providing high-quality, futureproofed accommodation; and care
and support; for people who fall within the Transforming Care cohort.
