The new office is looking to hire over 50 new employees by the end of the year
to the customer service experience team.

Collective Health, an employee benefits platform with integrated member advocacy
and clinical navigation, opened a Plano office today.

According to a news release, the office will serve as a hub for the company’s
bilingual customer and member experience team. The new office is looking to hire
over 50 new employees to its customer service experience team in Plano by the
end of the year.

“We are delighted to bring new opportunities, investment, and support to our
growing client base in Texas,” said Ali Diab, CEO and co-founder of Collective
Health. “This expansion allows us to continue our commitment to deliver a
premier health benefits experience for our newest members, including employees
at H-E-B, Daikin, and Academy Sports + Outdoors. We’ve seen tremendous growth in
the region, and we will continue to support employers’ desire for innovative and
value-maximizing health benefit plan solutions that they can be proud of. We
look forward to being an integral part of the Plano community as we hire and
scale.”

Collective Health recently celebrated its 10-year anniversary. The health
benefits platform brings together medical, dental, vision, pharmacy and program
partners into an integrated solution for employees and their families.
Collective Health is headquartered in San Francisco with additional offices in
Lehi, Utah and Plano, Texas.

“I am thrilled to see Collective Health put roots down in the Plano community,”
said Jim Springfield, president of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas and 2024
Board Chair-Elect of Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce. “Collective Health’s
mission to provide a high-quality, cost-effective health benefits platform and
service to employers across the region will support the thriving business
community and increase job opportunities for our local residents. I look forward
to watching the company’s continued success in Texas.”
