POSSIBLE REASONS PREVENTING THE DISPLAY OF THE VOICE GUIDE INCLUDE THE
FOLLOWING:

 1. The valid period for the use of the website has elapsed, or it is out of
    service.
 2. Unable to use the QR code reader in the browser.
 3. Cookies are disabled.
 4. Your feature phone is not compatible with the website (The website is only
    available for smartphones and tablets).
 5. The “Request Desktop Site” option is selected in Safari on iPad.

FOR ITEM 1:

Confirm the valid period for the use of the website and opening hours.

FOR ITEM 2:

Instead of the browser used for the QR code reader, browse the website via a
browser, such as Safari or Google Chrome.
For Android:
After reading the QR code, use a browser, Safari or Google Chrome, or the QR
reader in Line.
For iPhone
Activate the Camera to read the QR code (The QR Code can be read by the Phone’s
standard camera)
