HASSLE FREE APPLICATION

Anyone can take up a traded policy without any health, age (at least 21 years
old) and income restrictions.


STRONG CURRENCY

All traded policies are in Singapore dollar which is a strong and stable
currency.


NO HIDDEN COSTS

You only need to pay for the initial takeover fee and the remaining annual
premium (if any) for this traded policy. No other costs are involved.


HIGHLY REGULATED

All traded policies are issued by the insurers incorporated in Singapore which
are highly regulated by MAS.


TAX FREE

Proceeds from the policies are not considered as income and thus free from tax.


BETTER CASHFLOW PLANNING

Initial Amount, Outstanding Payable Premium and Maturity Value are known and
fixed and available on predefined timings.


HIGHER CAPITAL PROTECTION

All traded policies have been running for some time with accumulated cash value.
Thus, upon taking over such policies, you would enjoy a higher cash value as
compared to taking up a new one. Moreover, with the inclusion of the basic sum
assured, a higher guaranteed portion is created.


SHORTER TIME FRAME TO MATURITY

All traded policies have already been running for some time. For instance, if a
traded endowment policy has a 10 years term and you decided to take over from us
at the 5th year of this policy. You only need to wait for only 5 years before
maturity instead of the full 10 years term. Thus, you enjoy a shorter time frame
to maturity.


HIGHER RETURNS

Generally, a traded endowment policy has been running for some years before Maxx
Capital takes over. When you take over it from us, you would enjoy a return that
could be double or more as compared to that of a new policy. The reasons are
simply the initial costs of the policy (administrative fees, commissions, etc)
have already been borne by the first policyowner and the in-built nature of this
policy is that the cash value will only be accumulated at a faster rate in the
later part of the policy.

In this case, a 20 years endowment plan that has finished 15 years of its
duration. You can easily take over this policy from Maxxcapital with a lump sum
and only need to pay only the remaining 5 years to enjoy the maturity payout.

Is this legal?

This transfer of ownership is absolutely legal as this is done through absolute
assignment. It is done at the insurer’s customer service office.

How is the payment being made to buy such policies ?

An initial sum will be paid to Maxx Capital Investment Pte ltd for the taking
over of these traded policies. Cashier’s order is considered as our preferred
mode of payment. If mode of payment is by cheque, once cleared, Maxx Capital
will do the assignment on the next working day. Once the assignment is
completed, you are the legal owner of this policy.
Normally, assignment will take between 7 to 10 working days.

How about the life assured of the traded policy?

All rights and benefits of this policy would belong to the new policyowner
(investor).If there is a passing of the life assured and the insurer is notifed,
the investor would get the payout earlier than scheduled. If not, the investor
would continue this plan till maturity.

What would happen to this policy if I pass away?

This policy is considered as part of your asset portfoilio like property,shares
etc.The policy still belongs to you.

Should you pass way, the executor of your estate can choose to continue this
policy,surrender , reassign or call maxxcapital to get a free quotation to
evaluate for a higher value.

How do I receive my maturity sum?

The insurer would normally send you the notification through mail in about 1
month time before maturity.A cheque would normally be issued to you unless you
arranged other kinds of payment with the insurer.

Does Maxx Capital needs a license from MAS?

No as we are not a financial advisor or insurer. We are only doing trading of
traded endowment/life policies.
