clients may need when buying, selling or remortgaging a property.

Additional AML Check for Limited Companies

Where the seller is a Limited Company, additional identification and beneficial
owner checks required by anti-money laundering registration

Reviewing and advising the purchaser in regards to any additional searches
requested over and above the initial search pack that is ordered

The administrative fee for handling multiple bank transfers, e.g. where sale

The administrative fee for the application at Companies House for registering
ownership in favour of a Company and any borrowing by it to then be supplied to
