I ordered December 5 and got my socks December 24th. Shipping may be faster
when it's not the Christmas season. I was worried they weren't coming so
emailed the company and Lily got right back to me with a personal email.
They don't seem to keep their order status updated on their site, but all
turned out ok. Be careful about the photo you send in for best results. If
you choose a design where your photo has to fit inside a heart, the photo
will be much much smaller. Otherwise, the faces are nice and big and they
let you choose more than one photo for a pair of socks. These were a big
hit as gag gifts for our family. Not cheap, but this is the only site I've
seen that gives you 3 pairs for the price of 2, so that's a big help.

It did take a longer time, than expected for them to come in, but they
turned out great and I love them!I was also concerned after seeing some
reviews, but after I emailed them I got a quick, friendly response!

I ordered some socks then read the reviews and quickly canceled my order. I
received an email right away asking me why I canceled. I let them know it
was because of bad reviews on quality and communication. I received my
refund and was surprised to see in my mail box my cute well made true to
order socks!!! They made them for me free of charge and I am so happy to be
wearing them. Thank you! Thank you!
