*The "Priority Room" benefit that comes with a sponsorship is NOT a
"complimentary" hotel reservation. "Priority" means you are guaranteed a hotel
room(s) in one of our host hotels. This is NOT a complimentary room.
Participants are responsible for the cost of hotel accommodations. The
complimentary conference registration must be made along with the hotel
reservation within 30 days of signing up for the sponsorship and/or exhibit
booth. There are no guarantees a hotel room will be available after the 30-day
window.

PLEASE NOTE: As we have had such a tremendous response to registrations this
year, our host hotel blocks are currently sold-out. Accordingly, we are no
longer able to offer the "Priority Hotel Reservation" benefit to any new
sponsors or exhibitors as of 04/26/2023. We apologize for any inconvenience. We
recommend calling our host hotels directly for current rates and availability.




SPONSOR & EXHIBITOR FAQs

How do I become a sponsor or exhibitor?
Our process includes two steps: First, you will officially register as a sponsor
and/or exhibitor through our online form. Here is where you indicate what
package or tiered sponsorship you would like to purchase and provide other
important company details. Then, once our full meeting registration opens, you
will be sent an email with instructions on how to register the staff who will
actually be attending the meeting. (Note that these registration instructions
will only be provided once payment is received.)

When and how do I select my booth preference?
Click here for a general layout of our Exhibit Hall space. During registration,
you will have the opportunity to indicate your preferred booth (based on
remaining booths available, as assignment is on a first-come, first-served
basis).

When is my payment due?
You are welcome to pay by credit card during your registration. If opting to pay
by check, all sponsorship fees must be paid by June 1, 2023, in order to receive
recognition in the meeting app, on the event website, and on event signage. No
booth space will be confirmed without payment by any sponsor or exhibitor. If
you choose to pay via check, you will have 30 days to submit payment and keep
your selected booth location.

What if I need to cancel?
For sponsors: If Show Management receives a written notification of intent to
cancel on or before February 28, 2023, all payments made will be refunded. No
refunds will be made on or after March 1, 2023.

For those exhibiting only: If Show Management receives a written request for
cancellation of space on or before February 28, 2023, the exhibitor will be
liable for 50% of the total cost of space canceled. For cancellations received
on or after March 1, 2023, exhibitors are liable for 100% of the cost of space.
