ABOUT



I am Mary Williams, and I am the Coordinating Principal at Taylor High School. I
have been a proud member of the Alief family for more than 17 years, and the
coordinating principal at Taylor for over 10 years. Before becoming principal at
Taylor, I taught high school English/Language Arts. I have also served as an
Assistant Principal, Elementary School Principal, High School Associate
Principal, and Ninth Grade Center Principal.

I graduated from Prairie View A & M University, where I obtained my master’s
degree in educational leadership. Before attending Prairie View A & M, I
attended the University of North Carolina and the University of Houston. I am
also a proud veteran of the United States Army.

As the leader of the Pride, my mission is to ensure that our Lions are skilled
and emotionally ready to thrive in the globally competitive society that awaits
them.
