COVID-19 – HOW INSTIMATCH GLOBAL IS RESPONDING

 * We know for our clients, and for treasurers across Europe and beyond, that
   this has been an unprecedented fortnight, with hugely challenging aspects
   across asset classes in corporate financing and investing.
 * Our business continuity plan has worked well, and as a digital business from
   our inception, it’s not been hard for us to shift to working from home in our
   locations in Zurich, London and the Gulf. Our digital money market network
   has been working without interruption.
 * This shock has, not surprisingly, affected activity in money markets in the
   short term, with liquidity concerns centre stage. In order to help our
   customers, our developers have speeded up some product development which was
   under way, and we are now launching a new feature on our platform -
   Invitation to Quote, or invQ - to help clients unlock liquidity. This allows
   a borrower or lender to indicate interest by giving some information about
   size and time bucket, but while maintaining a level of discretion in current
   conditions.
 * We are also holding a series of webinars and video calls in the coming weeks
   to engage with clients, discuss new features, and hear their feedback. If you

 * The crisis is deeply concerning for us all in both its health and economic
   aspects, and of course Instimatch Global is guided by government advice and
   instructions in the countries we operate in. We do know from history that
   such periods can also stimulate and accelerate innovation and behaviour
   change. We believe that as this period continues, the underlying advantages
   of our digital network in transforming money markets – in terms of efficiency
   and transparency – will attract growing interest.
