PASSIONATE ACTIVIST DOCTOR WINS STATE SUBCONTRACTS

pursued her passion of helping Black and other minority students while working
on her doctoral degree from Loyola University.  August 2020, she founded
Henderson Professional Mentorship Group, a consulting firm in the areas of
professional development, program design, diversity, equity, and inclusion. They
are also career mentors providing culturally responsive advice to Black
professionals who are entry-level to middle management. HPMGRP’s Dr. Henderson
was recently sub-contracted as the lead Qualitative Researcher for the
Washington State Department of Commerce’s Community Reinvestment Plan (CRP). The
