ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2023

Welcome to the online proxy voting site for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of
the Association of Charitable Foundations to be held on Tuesday 13 June 2023 at
5pm.

If you are unable to attend you are able to appoint the chair of the meeting as
a proxy to vote on your behalf during the meeting.

To vote:

 * Appoint the chair of the meeting as a proxy to vote on your behalf.
 * Instruct your proxy on how you wish to vote by clicking on the circle next to
   your choices for each resolution, then click 'Next Step'. If you would like
   to change your vote, click 'Previous Step'.
 * Once happy please click the 'Cast my vote now' button.

Proxy voting will close at 23:59 (BST) on Monday 12 June 2023.
