SANITARY MEASURES PUT IN PLACE

Updated: March 19, 2021

Dear clients,

Our store is currently open Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and
Saturday to Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. We nonetheless recommend scheduling a
private appointment.

As always, we want to continue to inspire you, fulfill your dreams and help you
create an environment that perfectly suits you. If you are in need of advice or
want an update on your order, our team is here for you. We invite you to reach
us by phone at (647) 696-4612 or by email at info@homesociete.ca.

Store

We have put additional sanitation and preventative measures in place in our
store to ensure the well-being and safety of everyone.

 * We perform a daily health screening of all our employees;
 * All advisors and employees in-store wear face coverings;
 * We are currently limiting the number of customers allowed inside our store,
   according to the mandated capacity limits. To avoid a wait, we encourage you
   to schedule an appointment;
 * We have increased the frequency of cleaning of our stores, including work
   areas and payment terminals, which are cleaned before and after each use;
 * Containers of hand sanitizer are available to our customers and employees;
 * We offer the option of sending all invoices and quotes by email in order to
   limit interactions.

All customers must wear face coverings when visiting our store. We kindly ask
you to stay home if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, have been
diagnosed, or have been in contact with someone who has the virus. We encourage
you to pay with a debit or credit card when possible.

Delivery

All of our delivery services, including our white-glove service, which includes
assembly and installation, are still available with additional steps implemented
to ensure strict sanitary conditions.

We have implemented measures to ensure the safety of our warehouse and delivery
staff, as well as our customers. They consist, among other things, of a daily
health check, increased hygiene protocol, reduced operating hours, and a
contactless delivery procedure. Please note that the application of these
measures could cause exceptional delays for our delivery service.

We kindly ask that you maintain a distance of at least two metres from our staff
at all times, and that you have your own pen on hand to sign the delivery slip.

Pickup

Pickup is available at the Home Société store in Toronto. For opening hours,
please refer to the store schedule.

Additional sanitary measures have been put in place to provide a safe working
and shopping environment, such as increasing the frequency of cleaning and
disinfection of door handles, as well as the addition of several containers of
hand sanitizer, available to our customers and employees. Full payment for every
order will be required when customers are contacted by phone.

Returns & Exchanges

Return requests can be made up to two weeks following the reopening of our
stores. For all other requests, please contact our customer service department.

Customer Service

We remain available to answer any questions you may have. You can reach us by
phone during opening hours, or by email any time. We are doing our utmost to
answer your questions and provide order updates as quickly as possible.

view to introducing improvements to the Websites and Services.

G2MC also uses Hotjar to track Users, how they use the Websites and Services, to
improve the Websites and Services, and to diagnose technical problems. Hotjar
uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our Users’ behavior and

identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), preferred
language used to display our Websites. Hotjar stores this information in a
pseudonymized user profile. Neither Hotjar nor we will ever use this information
to identify individual users or to match it with further data on an individual
User. You can find out more information about the use of Hotjar at this link.
You can opt out of our use of Hotjar for you at this link.

Your IP address and other relevant information we collect using these programs
may be used in order to trace any fraudulent or criminal activity, or any
activity in violation of the Terms of Use.

AGGREGATED INFORMATION

 * to facilitate the payment processing when you purchase Products;

   improve the content of the Websites and Services using analytics programs as
   described above in this Policy;
 * to facilitate online chat services;
 * to facilitate advertising as described in the next section of this Policy;
   and
 * to assist in identifying possible fraudulent activities.

Your browser can be set to refuse cookies or delete them after they have been
stored. Please refer to your browser’s help section for instructions. Please
note that deleting these cookies may reduce your user experience on the Services
by requiring you to re-enter certain information, including information required
to use the Services. Furthermore, deleting cookies may prevent certain functions
from working at all. G2MC and its Representatives shall not be held responsible
for any function that may not operate after you delete cookies, or any losses or
damages (pecuniary or otherwise) arising from those functions not operating, or
having reduced functionality.
