   Want to find out where your kids stand after the break?! But also want to
   engaged them in LOADS of fun?! Then, this winter challenge is for you! This
   is a reading mixed with STEM challenge! Integration at its best! The students
   will complete different reading challenges on scrape paper! Then, they will
   build a fort (STEM) and the scrap paper becomes their snowballs. It is SO
   much fun! I like to use it right when I get back to see what reading skills I
   need to work at next! Trust me your kids won’t even realize all the RIGOROUS

   I am in LOVE With this idea from @headoverheelsforteaching! I am already
   dreaming up which board I could turn into kindness shout outs!

   I have been sick the last few days and we had to miss a Christmas party and
   some other fun things😐😐. We made up for it today by finding this FUN new
   play place! It’s a mini town for kids 5 and under. It was so much fun to
   watch the kids PLAY and made me realize how important it is for play in our
   classrooms all the up through school! 🥰

   Each year I host a girls only Christmas brunch and it is one of the
   highlights of my Christmas season. I like to set the table, get a small favor
   to go home, and make the environment a little different than a normal get
   together. Each year we *Play a game, this year it was family feud *Brunch
   hard, I’m talking mimosas, coffee, tons of food *Laugh and Catch Up *White
   Elephant, each year the theme is different. This year the theme was your
   favorite thing of 2019. There were so many good gifts that there wasn’t as

   Christmas tree out of one piece of green paper! Plus I have a video you can
   show your students so you don’t even have to teach them how to do it! You can
   just do it for fun or practice vocabulary and math facts in the ornament !
