We have years of sales experience in offline channels including pet shops and
vet clinics. As the industry is changing towards to online, we also have strong
capability of operating e-commerce.

Digital marketing

Keyword search marketing SEO and SEM is important in today’s e-commerce
environment, as purchasing behavior starts from keyword searching. Therefore,
accurate and optimized keywords matching between shoppers and items is a key for
sales

Graphic design

Our in-house designer creates eye-catching product shop page design and imagery
for e-commerce channels.

Logistics

We operate our own logistic space for better stock control and speedy shipping
along with contracted courier.

Accreditation

Imported items in certain categories such as cosmetics and food requires
compulsory administrative work to meet ministry legislation prior to
distribution. It can be handled by our experienced personnel.
