Do you use my existing broadband provider's infrastructure?
No. Unlike most providers, we build, own and operate our dedicated fibre optic
network with the most advanced technology available to deliver our 100% full
fibre broadband right into your home – so you can enjoy the fastest, most
reliable broadband connection in London!
Are your speeds guaranteed?
This can vary. Our advertised speeds are for a single device plugged into your
router using a wired (Ethernet) connection. However, things like the distance
from the router, wall thickness and interference from other devices can affect
your WiFi signal.
So, more speed means more devices from multiple users can connect at the same
time without compromising quality.
If you prefer, the convenience of WiFi and need to improve your current signal,
our Premium WiFi service is available with our 1 Gbps and 3 Gbps Fibre Broadband
can help.
Enjoy whole home coverage, with a minimum 35 Mbps in up to five bedrooms or 12
rooms in total, across a maximum of three floors. If not - we’ll give you three
month’s free broadband.
Our service will aim to deliver the speed ranges advertised with our standard
broadband packages and our guarantee pays out if we fail to deliver a minimum

How do our speeds compare to the national average download speeds?
150 Mbps Fibre Broadband:
2x faster than the UK average download speed and 8x faster than the UK average
upload speed on a wired Ethernet connection.
1 Gbps Fibre Broadband:
13x faster than the UK average download speed & 50x faster than the UK average
upload speed on a wired Ethernet connection.
3 Gbps Fibre Broadband:
43x faster than the UK average download speed & 163x faster than the UK average
upload speed on a wired Ethernet connection (when using a WiFi 6 router). It has
more available bandwidth than any of our other speeds.
