and physical health by looking after your home and creating a space where you
can get away from the things that are stressing you out, or making you feel

It isn’t just your physical health that can be improved by gaming. Games have
been proven to aid in the development of reaction time and improve your critical
thinking skills. Some developmental specialists are even suggesting games be
played with your children to help improve these skills as they grow.

Puzzle games have been a popular genre in the gaming world for years. Nintendo
even took a swing at making games designed to help improve cognition in the form
of brain training. A game series that was so successful it was used to help

Reaction-based games such as Beat Saber are great ways to improve hand-eye

accessible. And the knock-on effect of this is the great sense of achievement
that comes with beating a game. A boost in personal confidence is great for your
health. It released endorphins that improve your mood and motivate you. There

Breaking your teeth on ice is a very common occurrence and is something dentists
have to regularly deal with. Not only can you split your tooth on an ice cube,
but you can also chip at your teeth and damage your protective layer. If you
damage your teeth enough then you won’t even be able to indulge in ice biting as
your teeth will be far too sensitive to be able to handle it.

Now, we are not saying that you have to completely avoid these foods, but be
careful how frequently you eat them.
