WEBINAR - August 27, 2020 from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

PROGRAM SUMMARY:


Discussion of best practices, important considerations and the unique challenges
of building flexibility into your cold storage solutions, including reach-ins,
walk-ins and drive-ins. We will illustrate incorporating multiple redundancies,
planning resourcefully for constant changing directives, and the importance of
assessing and planning for unique current and future challenges.

SPEAKERS:


John Masiello, Co-Founder and Executive Vice President, Masy BioServices

John Masiello is the co-founder and Executive Vice President of Masy BioServices
with over 30 years of experience in Validation, Calibration and cGMP best
practices. His wide ranging expertise and innovative thinking has kept Masy
BioServices raising the bar for excellence in BioPharma services. John holds a
degree in Engineering from Wentworth Institute, and is a member of PDA and ISPE.
In his free time John volunteers as a member of the local Economic Development
Advisory Committee, and enjoys fostering the next generation of STEM
professionals as a community educator.

Educated at Wentworth Institute in Boston, MA with a degree in Electrical
Engineering, he is a lifelong resident of Massachusetts.  He is a member of
several professional organizations such as the International Society of
Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE), Instrument Society of America (ISA) and
National Conference of Standards Laboratories (NCSL).  John volunteers in his
hometown on the Economic Development Advisory Committee (EDAC) whose purpose is
to stimulate business growth in the area. 

Christopher Masiello, Director of Facilities, Masy BioServices




Christopher Masiello has been the Director of Facilities at Masy BioServices for
four years. Prior to this position, Christopher was Masy’s Biorepository Manager
for four years and a Validation Project Lead for 12 years. He enjoys spending
time with his family, hiking, volunteering as an Assistant Scout Master with the
Boy Scouts, and coaching multiple basketball teams.

today’s needs and tomorrow’s changing requirements.
