Worst experience with a restaurant rewards program ever! I got a digital club
11-11 card and loaded money onto it only to find out I can't use the money on my
account in store or on the app. You also don't get points for purchases in
store. Customer service was not very helpful at all. I feel like they just held
my money hostage. I will be deleting the app and my account.

I usually order via their website. The one time I thought to download the app,
was a disaster. My order was sent to a location that I did not select!! I waited
over 45 minutes at the store I wanted to pick up from. Called customer service,
they didn't bother to troubleshoot or even look into the problem! Both my
husband and I, with two sets of eyes selected the location we wanted to pick up
at! I uninstalled the app & will order from another pizza company that will
appreciate my business!

Alright, works mostly, but always seems to be a bit buggy, requiring me to clear
my order and start over. Also, have had it shown ordered items, charged for
them, but then have it not shown up on the bill, or get it delivered. this has
happened on 3 occasions now, restitution made 1/3 times, but only after a long
wait on hold and an argument as they didn't believe me that I'd ordered the item
in question. I had to drive down and show them the order break down in the app,
show that I paid. pain.
