What do you like best about Trainual? I love that all of our team members can
log in and learn new tasks within the company. We can guarantee all of our
employees are highly trained and well rounded by using Trainual! What do you
dislike about Trainual? Trainual is very easy to update and use for training
within the company. One of the most challenging things about the program is
getting used to the "Copy" feature. You can copy tasks with similar processes
but have to make sure they are both topics and not subjects. What problems is
Trainual solving and how is that benefiting you? Trainual is making it easier to
use their program by providing many training videos covering all of its
abilities. Any questions that you may have about the program can be found in the
training videos. This makes it so easy for employees to learn more about, making

"A multiuse tool that improves training and informational protocols"
What do you like best about Trainual? Trainual expedites the training process.
Utilizing written text, images, and videos to train new hires saves time and
money while ensuring consistency. Not only does it serve as a training platform
for new hires, but is an accessible resource for refreshers and procedure
records. What do you dislike about Trainual? Trainual is constantly updating and
improving its platform, which is great. However, navigation on the admin side
can be affected,so when changes do go into effect, you will need to spend a few
minutes to bring yourself up to speed. What problems is Trainual solving and how
is that benefiting you? One-on-one training is not required throughout entire
onboarding process. With the information recorded in writing, images, and video,
Trainual is an accessible resource for referencing how-to's and SOP's. This is
especially helpful for times when employees are on leave or vacation. Response

refreshers are underrated. Processes are living documents, and you're so right -
they're important to review as a refresher occasionally. Saving you time and
money on new hires is also super rad to hear. We try to release and communicate
changes in small increments to nurture change capacity as much as possible.
Where some companies roll out changes in big V1, and V2 increments, we release
changes as they occur and will always communicate these via e-mail and
help.trainual.com. That said, if we can make this easier for your team in any

"Accessible and allows for knowledge"
What do you like best about Trainual? I think what's most helpful about Trainual
is that its features allow for so much to be entered and to be shared to workers
and administrators alike, from policies to processes, anything that defines and
shapes a company can be written in Trainual to be passed down to new employees
in such an easy way, which I truly appreciate. What do you dislike about
Trainual? I think Trainual has a tendency to not save entered data right away,
which sometimes deters content creators' abilities to add more into the
information that they are writing down. Also, when you leave the site for too
long, the page turns white and will not reload unless refreshed. What problems
is Trainual solving and how is that benefiting you? Training has been so much
easier with the help of Trainual. Whenever we have somebody new coming in, we
can leave them in the hands of our Trainual to build knowledge regarding the

What do you like best about Trainual? Ease of use is great and it is easy to
create new content. What do you dislike about Trainual? There's nothing that I
do not like about Trainual. What problems is Trainual solving and how is that

"Make Work Training Easier"
What do you like best about Trainual? Trainual allows us to add new topics to
train our employees easily. We can add videos, documents or links. Additionally,
it is very used friendly. If you can use word or docs, you can use Trainual.
What do you dislike about Trainual? My only complaint is that when copying and
pasting the format doesn't always transfer, but this is not a huge issue. What
problems is Trainual solving and how is that benefiting you? Trainual is
allowing our employees to have a library of resources all in one place. It is
easily organized and searchable, saviing e4mployees' time when trying to find a

"Trainual is a great tool to have for your business!"
What do you like best about Trainual? The best thing I like about Trainual is
the options to add onboarding information or new employees. But it's also
helpful for training, process and procedures, etc. What do you dislike about
Trainual? Honestly, I haven't found anything that I dislike about Trainual.
Everything works great! I think having an option to have a main page that
displays all employees and links to their bio w/images would be helpful. What
problems is Trainual solving and how is that benefiting you? Love that you can
add processes and procedures in one place. We also use it to add email templates
for new and existing employees so things stay consistent. Business performance

"Review of My Experience with Trainual"
What do you like best about Trainual? I believe that one of the best features of
trainual is how easy it is to navigate. All the of the chapters are easy to find
and make it easy for a user to sift through other topics to find what they are
looking for. I also really like how the chapters are for the most part concise
and do not drag on for longer than necessary. What do you dislike about
Trainual? There is not too much that I strongly dislike about the program and my
experience with it. I can imagine that at a larger company, it may become more
cluttered than what I have experienced, but overall, it has been a pleasure to
use. What problems is Trainual solving and how is that benefiting you? Trainual
is my go-to for any questions relating to many different aspects of our product
capabilities and processes that I may not be as familiar with. This is
especially pertinent when it pertains to a subject or area that I am not
consistently using. It also allows me to be independent when finding answers

"Teaching an Old Dog New Tricks"
What do you like best about Trainual? Trainual is terrific at keeping an "old
dog" like me up to date on new procedures. If I find myself with a task that I
am unfamiliar with, I can go to trainual and have instructions right before me.
Also, If I need to update or add a process, it is easy to do. I simply update
the wording or delete the portions that are no longer relevant. What do you
dislike about Trainual? The only thing I can quickly think of is that you must
log in every time. If Trainual remembered you, it would be great! But Traniual
remembers your log in, so it's not a hassle. What problems is Trainual solving
and how is that benefiting you? Trainual is helping our team keep track of their
roles and assignments. It is helping us cross train and is a guide to following

"Even though young pups may be more actively curious, dogs never stop learning.
In fact, adult dogs are often easier to train than their younger canine friends,
specifically because they are not as active. Older dogs are not as easily
distracted as pups and can focus for longer periods of time. This ability to
concentrate helps them learn new routines more easily." So cheers to you, your
