If your parcel doesn't arrive in the estimated tracking timeframe provided, please email us and we can launch an investigation with our delivery service. It will take up to 5 business days to trace the parcel and come to a conclusion. Only after the investigation is over, will we issue a refund or replacement if the parcel is deemed missing.  Missing Packages If your parcel is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, we suggest you follow these steps:  Look around for any hiding places in the immediate area and around the property. Sometimes the courier will hide the package. Check your letterbox for a calling card. Ask your neighbours to see if they signed for the package for you. If you are still unable to find the package, please email us and we can launch an investigation. It will take up to 5 business days to trace the parcel and come to a conclusion. If Drayo, or our delivery service can provide evidence of delivery, then, unfortunately, this will not entitle the purchaser to a refund or replacement, as the product has been delivered.  Only after the investigation is over, will we issue a refund or replacement if the parcel is deemed missing.  If we cannot provide proof of delivery, we will issue you a refund or replacement.  To avoid missing parcels, please check the delivery address with the recipient both during checkout and after purchase. We will not issue a refund due to an incorrect address.  Return To Sender Occasionally, a courier is unable to deliver a package and will mark the package as RTS (Return to Sender) in the tracking. Because Drayo is the official sender, this means that the package will be returned to us.  If this occurs, we are happy to re-wrap and re-deliver the parcel at a cost to you once the parcel is delivered to our address.  To initiate this process, we will invoice you the price of the shipping. You must provide us with the correct address for us to update our system.  Once we have the returned package in our possession, we will then re-wrap the package with a new shipping label and have the package picked up by our courier as soon as possible. Returns Policy What We Do Not Refund We do not refund or replace an order if you have provided the incorrect shipping address. This includes parcels returned to us or delivered to the wrong address. We strongly advise you to check the delivery address both during checkout and in your order confirmation email. Read our Shipping Policy for more details.  We do not offer change of mind refunds or returns.  We do not refund or replace for natural wear and tear during transit, or for damage caused post receipt.  Cancellation Policy If you have placed your order online and decide that you do not wish to proceed with the delivery of your purchase, you will need to email us immediately at J.Young@drayo.com.au  We will refund you in full only if your order has NOT been packed and fulfilled, or shipped from our end.  If your order has already left our premises and is on-board with the courier, we are not able to cancel or refund your purchase. Exchanges If you have placed your order and you have selected the wrong size, exchanges may be issued at our discretion.  Please immediately contact J.Young@drayo.com.au and explain the issue.  Please note that an exchange may only be made if the item is in original condition with the tags still attached and unaltered.  For exchanges the buyer will be required to pay additional shipping fee's unless the item has been sent incorrectly.  Refunds Refunds are made at our discretion only.
