ABOUT US

Brian Linihan and Alicia Marotta Linihan met while working in the restaurant
business in the early nineties. Brian is a New York transplant and a graduate of
Johnson and Wales University in Providence Rhode Island. Alicia, a Cleveland
native, graduated from the culinary program at Cuyahoga Community College. They
came together both as husband and wife, and as business owners, and in 1998,
Marotta’s was born. They built and opened on Lee Road in 2000. The restaurant
has enjoyed much success, becoming a staple in the vibrant dining scene in
Cleveland Heights. With Alicia’s untimely passing in December of 2016, family
members sprang into action to continue Marotta’s legacy. Alexandrea Quinn,
Alicia’s niece, took on a greater role as general manager. In 2019, Marotta’s
underwent perhaps its biggest change with a remodeling, patio expansion, and
re-branding. We look forward to seeing you on your next visit!


PATIO DINING

Our three season outdoor dining area, is surrounded by a beautiful, natural
brick retaining wall, covered dining area and a running water feature. Join us
tonight for alfresco dining!
