GENERAL

Loyal Solutions and its affiliates (“we,” “us,” and “our”) have collaborated
with Marriott International, Inc.'s loyalty program, Marriott Bonvoy®
(“Partner”), to provide Earn Without a Stay by Marriott Bonvoy (“Program”). Only
transactions at participating retail outlets at certain specific hotels
participating in Marriott Bonvoy ("Participating Outlets") are eligible to Earn
Marriott Bonvoy points ("Points") . To see Participating Outlets, navigate to
https://www.marriott.com/loyalty/earn/earn-without-a-stay.mi. By accessing this
website or mobile application (collectively, “Site”) and/or participating in the
Program, a member agrees to these terms of use, including our Privacy Policy.
Please read these Terms (the "Site Terms") carefully as they contain very
important information about terms applicable to use of the Site and
participation in the Program.
A member may visit this Site without registering or providing us any
information. Participation in the Program will require enrollment in Marriott
Bonvoy and the Program and enrollment of a member’s personal information as
described herein.
The Site Terms are hereby incorporated into the terms and conditions that govern
the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program (“Marriott Bonvoy Terms & Conditions”). By
participating in Program, a member is accepting all the Marriott Bonvoy Terms &
Conditions, including these Site Terms. It is a member's responsibility to read
them and to comply with them. Marriott International, Inc. reserves the right,
at its discretion, to change and/or modify the Site Terms and Marriott Bonvoy
Terms & Conditions at any time without notice and, unless otherwise indicated,
such changes will become effective immediately upon posting; therefore, please
check these Site Terms periodically for changes.


EARNING MARRIOTT BONVOY POINTS

When a member has a qualifying purchase at a Participating Outlet with an
eligible credit and/or debit card that a member has enrolled in the Program
(“Linked Card”), we will work with Marriott Bonvoy to award the member the
Points stated on the Program Site or promotional materials, subject to the terms
and conditions stated on the Program Site or promotional materials, which are
incorporated into these Terms by this reference. The member authorizes the
applicable Payment Card Networks (e.g., American Express®, Mastercard®, and
Visa®) to share with us Linked Card purchase or return transaction information,
such as the time, date and amount, at Participating Outlets. Program benefits
are subject to change at any time. Points are awarded using a published rate of
exchange, calculated on a daily basis.


POINTS EARNING LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

Not all purchases at Participating Outlets will yield Marriott Bonvoy Points. A
member will not receive Points for a purchase from a Participating Outlet unless
a member purchases with a Linked Card that meets the terms of a qualifying
purchase. For instance, purchases with a member's Linked Card at a Participating
Outlet may qualify only up to a specified dollar amount, or only if made during
certain time periods on specified days, or may be subject to other restrictions
included on the Site.
Not all payment cards are eligible to participate in the Program. Certain
payment cards (such as gift cards, flexible spending accounts, or Electronic
Benefit Transfer cards) not processed through American Express®, Mastercard®, or
Visa are therefore not eligible to participate. In addition, depending on the
Payment Card Network or payment card processor, some transactions with your
Linked Card (for example, PIN-based transactions, or transactions through a
third-party payment mobile application), may not be monitored for eligibility to
earn Points. Certain corporate payment cards may be ineligible to earn Points
through the Program. Some items such as tobacco, retail, seasonal items, service
charges, and gratuities may be excluded from Earning Points where prohibited by
law.
The Points for which a member is eligible may vary depending on a variety of
factors, such as the Participating Outlet and your level of activity within the
Program. A member may be eligible for Points and offers that are not available
to others, and other Points and offers may not be available to all members.
Information on the type, amount, limits, and other conditions on Points and
offers available to a member, as well as current Participating Outlets, are
available by signing in to a member’s Program account with the member’s unique
login ID. A member is responsible for reviewing this information before a member
makes a purchase at a Participating Outlet, as these details may change from
time to time and may affect the Points and offers a member receives. The
Marriott Bonvoy Terms & Conditions govern the earning, use, and or redemption
of, or other terms related to, Points under the Program. Participation in
Marriott Bonvoy is subject to the Marriott Bonvoy Terms & Conditions.
In some cases, a Participating Outlet’s payment card processor may experience a
lag time (approximately 24 hours) between when a credit and/or debit card is
linked to a Program account and when the payment card processor is able to
identify and provide us with the transaction data associated with that Linked
Card. If a member believes that they are eligible for Points for dining at a
Participating Outlet, and those Points have not registered in a member’s Program
account within 10 days of the dine, please visit
https://www.marriott.com/help/loyalty-customer-support.mi. We reserve the right
to require a member to provide a receipt from the Participating Outlet or
documents reasonably required by us to evidence an eligible transaction in order
to receive your Points.
We and Partner are not responsible for income tax or other tax liability (if
any) associated with Points a member earns under the Program.


LIMITS ON LINKED CARDS

A member may link up to five (5) cards of each eligible brand (i.e., Visa).
A member may opt-out of transaction monitoring on any payment card(s) registered
by deleting a member's card from the “Manage My Card” page.


PERSONAL DATA

To link a member's card to their Marriott Bonvoy account number, a member must
register their preferred payment card (e.g., American Express®, Mastercard®, and
Visa®). When a member links their credit card, a member will be asked to sign in
to their Marriott Bonvoy account to enable linking of their payment card with
their Marriott Bonvoy account number.


MISUSE

Marriott Bonvoy reserves the right to revoke, cancel or suspend a member’s Elite
membership status (including Lifetime Elite Status), Marriott Bonvoy Membership,
and/or any and all unredeemed Marriott Bonvoy Points, or take other action at
its discretion, at any time with immediate effect and without written notice if
the Marriott International, Inc. believes the Member has (a) violated any of the
Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions, (b) acted in a manner
inconsistent with applicable law, regulations or ordinances, (c) engaged in any
misconduct or wrongdoing in connection with the Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program,
including without limitation, involving Points or other Member benefits, or (d)
engaged in abusive, fraudulent, inappropriate, or hostile conduct in connection
with the Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program, the Participating Properties or their
guests or employees, Marriott International, Inc. and its subsidiaries (the
"Company"), and the Company's employees. Nothing in these terms and conditions
will limit the Company from exercising any legal rights or remedies that it may
have.
