 * WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO REGISTER TO MYBUPA?
   
   Make sure you have your membership number handy before you start. You will
   need your membership number, your individual email address or mobile number
   registered to your policy and date of birth to create your Login Id and
   Password.
   
   If you are seeing the error message “One or more details do not match the
   membership”, verify the details you have keyed in are correct.
   
    * It’s a good idea to confirm the details match what is listed on your Bupa
      membership card.
    * Or check any recent documents Bupa has sent to you to confirm how we have
      captured your details if you are unsure.
   
   If you are not able resolve it, please call us on 134 135.
   
   Please note:
   
    * Every adult on a policy is required to create a separate Login Id.
    * Dependent children less than 15 years of age cannot have their own Login
      Id.

   Have you already registered for myBupa? If not, try Registering.
   
   If you don’t remember your Login Id, try clicking Forgot your login id. You
   will need your membership number, first name, last name and date of birth to
   be able to find your Login id.
   
   If you don’t remember your password, try using Forgot password. Once you
   submit your valid Login Id and date of birth, you will receive a password
   reset link to your preferred email address which you can use to reset your
   password.

   Your Login Id is the unique id or username chose when registering on myBupa.
   If you forgot your Login Id, it is easy to find it. Just use the Forgot your
   login id. You need your membership number, first name, last name and date of
   birth to be able to find your Login id.

 * HOW CAN I RESET MY PASSWORD?
   
   If you don't know your password, you can reset it. Try using Forgot password
   to reset your password. You will need your myBupa Login Id and date of birth
   to receive a password reset link to your preferred email address.
   
   Once you receive the email, click on the link included to reset your
   password.
