THE SHOWTIME STREAMING SERVICE WILL SHUT DOWN ON APRIL 30, 2024. To find out how you can keep streaming all your SHOWTIME favorites, read on. Paramount+ is the streaming home of SHOWTIME! If you're a Paramount+ with SHOWTIME network subscriber, you may be able to stream the Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan on Paramount+ via a participating TV provider. Learn how here. OVERVIEW SUBSCRIPTION TRANSFERS: WHAT TO EXPECT SIGNING IN ACCOUNT & BILLING For any questions about the Paramount+ with SHOWTIME network available through TV providers, please visit help.paramountpluswithshowtime.com. OVERVIEW * What is happening with the SHOWTIME streaming service? * What Paramount+ plans are available? * Where can I stream SHOWTIME content? * Can I still watch all my favorite SHOWTIME programming on Paramount+? WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THE SHOWTIME STREAMING SERVICE? The SHOWTIME streaming service is being discontinued. Going forward, SHOWTIME programming will now be available through Paramount+ with a subscription to the Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan. Existing SHOWTIME standalone streaming subscribers will continue to have access to the SHOWTIME app and website until April 30, 2024. Some subscribers who are billed directly by SHOWTIME, Roku or Apple are eligible to have their SHOWTIME account automatically transferred to a Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan on Paramount+. If your account is eligible for transfer, you should have received an email from your biller with additional details. If you do not see the transfer option, you will need to visit Paramount+ on your preferred platform and subscribe to the Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan. Customers who subscribe to SHOWTIME through Amazon Prime Channels, Apple TV channels, The Roku Channel, and YouTube TV should contact their provider for more information. The best place to stream SHOWTIME programming is on Paramount+. If your SHOWTIME account information was not eligible for transfer, simply subscribe at paramountplus.com or on the Paramount+ app, and select the Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan. If you subscribe to the Paramount+ with SHOWTIME network, you can also stream the Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan on Paramount+ via a participating TV provider. Get the details here. SUBSCRIPTION TRANSFERS: WHAT TO EXPECT * I'm a SHOWTIME streaming subscriber. Is my subscription eligible for transfer to Paramount+? * My SHOWTIME subscription was transferred to Paramount+. What happens now? * My SHOWTIME streaming subscription was transferred to Paramount+. Can I still watch on the SHOWTIME app until it goes away on April 30, 2024? * I was a SHOWTIME annual subscriber. Does this mean I get a Paramount+ annual subscription? I'M A SHOWTIME STREAMING SUBSCRIBER. IS MY SUBSCRIPTION ELIGIBLE FOR TRANSFER TO PARAMOUNT+? Most subscribers are eligible to transfer their subscription. If your account is eligible for transfer, you should have received an email from your biller with additional details. Subscribers billed by Apple, Roku, or Amazon will automatically have their subscription transferred to a Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan on Paramount+ unless they canceled via the billing provider's cancellation instructions. If you are billed by Amazon or Google, or if your subscription is deemed ineligible for automatic transfer, your SHOWTIME subscription will be canceled on your behalf, and you will need to subscribe to the Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan to stream SHOWTIME programs. MY SHOWTIME SUBSCRIPTION WAS TRANSFERRED TO PARAMOUNT+. WHAT HAPPENS NOW? If you are eligible to have your SHOWTIME subscription transferred to Paramount+ and you received a message that your account was successfully transferred: * Your existing SHOWTIME subscription will be canceled by 4/1, and your new monthly Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscription through Paramount+ will begin. * Your billing information, account activity data and select account settings (including email marketing preferences), Resume Watching*, and My List* will be transferred to your new subscription through Paramount+. Parental Control settings will not be transferred to your new subscription through Paramount+. Once you have transferred, you can update your payment method and manage your account settings at Paramount+. * You will be charged for the first month of your new Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscription using the payment method associated with your SHOWTIME account. (Your Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscription will renew automatically each month unless you cancel through your Paramount+ account settings.) * A prorated refund will be issued to the payment method associated with your SHOWTIME account for the time left on your SHOWTIME subscription at the time of the transfer**. * You will log in to Paramount+ using your SHOWTIME email and password. If you already have an existing Paramount+ account, you will be instructed to use those login credentials instead. Check out this section for login info. * Please allow 24 hours for your Resume Watching and My List to fully populate. **If, for any reason, we are unable to issue a refund to the payment method associated with your SHOWTIME account (including, without limitation, the refund is rejected by the card processor and/or bank or the transaction we are attempting to refund occurred too long ago), we will apply your prorated refund as a credit on your new Paramount+ account toward subscription charges incurred after the initial charge upon transfer. My SHOWTIME streaming subscription was transferred to Paramount+. Can I still watch on the SHOWTIME app until it goes away on April 30, 2024? No, since your subscription has been transferred to Paramount+, you’ll stream all SHOWTIME programming on paramountplus.com or the Paramount+ app. I WAS A SHOWTIME ANNUAL SUBSCRIBER. DOES THIS MEAN I GET A PARAMOUNT+ ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION? Your subscription will be transferred to Paramount+ as the Paramount+ with SHOWTIME monthly subscription. If you prefer annual billing, it’s easy to switch your plan! Just follow the instructions below. Keep in mind that any attached promotions or discounts will no longer be valid, and you will be charged the full price of the annual plan immediately. If you upgrade in the middle of your billing cycle, you will receive a prorated adjustment for any unused portion of your bill. To switch to annual billing: 1. Visit paramountplus.com/account (if you’re not signed in, you’ll be prompted to do so here). 2. Scroll down to Subscription & Billing > Next Billing Date. 3. Click Switch to Annual. 4. The Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan will be automatically selected for you. The annual price is $119.99 and you will be charged immediately. 5. Click Switch Plan. SIGNING IN * My SHOWTIME subscription was transferred to Paramount+. Can I sign in to Paramount+ with my SHOWTIME username/email and password? * My SHOWTIME subscription was transferred to Paramount+, but I can't sign in. * I was a bundle subscriber, billed by SHOWTIME, but I authenticated my account on paramountplus.com. Once my SHOWTIME account information has been transferred to Paramount+, can I still sign in to Paramount+ with the email and password I used when I authenticated? * I was a bundle subscriber, billed by SHOWTIME, but I never authenticated on paramountplus.com. Once my SHOWTIME account information has been transferred to Paramount+, can I sign in to Paramount+ with my SHOWTIME email and password? MY SHOWTIME SUBSCRIPTION WAS TRANSFERRED TO PARAMOUNT+. CAN I SIGN IN TO PARAMOUNT+ WITH MY SHOWTIME USERNAME/EMAIL AND PASSWORD? Yes! If you have any trouble signing in, try resetting your password on Paramount+. MY SHOWTIME SUBSCRIPTION WAS TRANSFERRED TO PARAMOUNT+, BUT I CAN'T SIGN IN. At the time you transferred your account information, you should have received a “success” message letting you know which credentials you’ll be using to sign in to Paramount+. Most users will use their SHOWTIME username and password to sign in to Paramount+, but if you’re having issues, perform a password reset using your SHOWTIME email address. Still having problems? Just sign in to Paramount+ with your SHOWTIME email and password to start streaming. If you run into trouble, try resetting your password on Paramount+. ACCOUNT & BILLING * I’m an existing SHOWTIME streaming subscriber. Once my SHOWTIME subscription has been transferred to Paramount+, will all my SHOWTIME account settings and billing info also transfer to Paramount+? * I’m an existing SHOWTIME streaming subscriber. When my SHOWTIME subscription is transferred to Paramount+, will my plan price go up? I’M AN EXISTING SHOWTIME STREAMING SUBSCRIBER. ONCE MY SHOWTIME SUBSCRIPTION HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO PARAMOUNT+, WILL ALL MY SHOWTIME ACCOUNT SETTINGS AND BILLING INFO ALSO TRANSFER TO PARAMOUNT+? Yes, the account information includes: * Your account credentials * Billing information * Select account activity data and account settings (including email marketing preferences) * Subscription history * Resume Watching* * My List* Your SHOWTIME Parental Control settings will not be transferred to Paramount+, so you’ll need to set them up in your new Paramount+ account. If you’re eligible for transfer, you’ll be charged a promotional price of $10.99/month for your first 6 months, and the regular retail price of $11.99/month after. If you’re not eligible for transfer, depending on your original SHOWTIME streaming subscription, you may or may not see a small price adjustment.
