Evidence of massage has been found in many ancient civilisations with the first written records found in China, India and Egypt. Having been practising Massage for 23 years there is not much I have not seen in terms of Musculoskeletal Dysfunction. This gives me the capacity to either treat or to refer on to a more suitable professional. I have come to understand that any approach to health has to be multi-dimensional. On this basis, as well as understanding the need for the involvement of other professionals where appropriate, I also draw on my own experience of injury and imbalance, treatment, rehabilitation and Yoga practice.
