GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following sections provide the Terms and Conditions for each of the gift
card incentives that can be chosen by the Gartner Peer Insights reviewer. These
sections will be updated as there are changes to the Terms and Conditions. The
merchants represented are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated
with Gartner, inc.. The logos and other identifying marks attached are
trademarks of and owned by each represented company and/or its affiliates.
Please visit each company’s website for additional terms and conditions.

 3. Receive up to 10 gift cards per year


GENERAL REVIEWER GUIDELINES

An eligible reviewer: (i) must have deployed or upgraded the software/services
in his/her organization in the last 18 months; and (ii) must have been involved
in at least one of the following: (a) the purchase decision, (b) implementation
and deployment, (c) ongoing service, or (d) as an end-user of the product.
Additionally, to be eligible to participate in the Gartner Peer Insights Reviews
Program, you must comply with our Gartner Peer Insight Community Guidelines

The following are NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE: (i) employees (or those who are
otherwise affiliated with) the company being reviewed or a direct competitor;
(ii) employees, officers, directors and agents of Gartner, Inc., its
subsidiaries and affiliated companies and their immediate families; (iii)
reviewers who are government and public sector employees; (iv) reviewers from
organizations that do not meet Gartner’s definition of mid to large enterprises
(a key focus on the Peer Insights platform); (v) anyone whose company policies
prohibit the acceptance of even gifts in the context of a business transaction;
and (vi) reviewers who are (or who are acting on behalf of) individuals subject
to, residing in countries or employed by organizations identified in the US
Department of Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control Sanctions list.
Reviewers who fall into one of these categories will not be able to eligible to
receive an incentive but are welcome to submit a non-incentivized review
directly on the site by clicking here. The eligible reviewer may receive a
maximum of 10 gift cards per calendar year. If a review is approved, the
eligible reviewer can claim gift card for reviews only from rewards campaigns by
visiting "Your Reviews" section on Gartner Peer Insights profile page. The
Gartner Peer Insights Referral Program enables eligible reviewers to invite
their colleagues to join and contribute to the GPI community.  The eligible
referrer may receive maximum of 10 gift cards per calendar year for first
approved review from their referrals.

This campaign will be available only for one week from the send date of this
email promotion. After the expiration, any reviews/referrals submitted from this
would not be eligible for gift cards.


VISA PREPAID GIFT CARD AVAILABLE IN USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, AUD, HKD, YEN, RAND, OR
INR

This reward is non-refundable. The full terms and conditions are available on
the digital rewards claim site. Click on “Terms” prior to selection. Swift
Prepaid Solutions is the Service Provider for your Redemption Account and
associated Card Accounts. Your Program Sponsor is the entity that marketed
and/or distributed the reward, and is either a direct or indirect Client of
Swift Prepaid. Use your card anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted around the
world. Card is issued by the Bancorp Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license
from Visa U.S.A. Inc.


MASTERCARD GIFT CARD AVAILABLE IN AUD, EUR, OR GBP

This reward is non-refundable. The full terms and conditions are available on
the digital rewards claim site. Click on “Product Terms” prior to selecting a
virtual MasterCard account or physical MasterCard card. Swift Prepaid Solutions
is the Service Provider for your Redemption Account and associated Card
Accounts. Your Program Sponsor is the entity that marketed and/or distributed
the reward, and is either a direct or indirect Client of Swift Prepaid.

Amazon Pay Gift Card India TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

-Amazon Gift Cards (“GCs”) are issued by the Qwikcilver Solutions Private
limited (“Qwikcilver”). Credit and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be
used to purchase Amazon.in Gift Cards.
-To add your GC to your Amazon Pay balance, visit amazon.in/addgiftcard
-Beneficiary can apply the 14 digit code (under scratch card) on
amazon.in/addgiftcard and add the gift card balance in his/her Amazon.in
account. This balance gets automatically applied at the time of next purchase.
There is no cap on number of gift cards that can be added to an account.
-Amazon Pay balance is a sum of all balances associated with the GCs in your
Amazon.in account.
-Amazon Pay balance are redeemable across all products on Amazon.in except apps,
certain global store products and other Amazon.in gift cards.
-Amazon Pay balance must be used only towards the purchase of eligible products

-The GCs, including any unused Amazon Pay balance, expire one year from the date

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO REWARD LINK: Reward Link is managed
by Tango Card, Inc. Reward Links expire on the date stated on the Reward and are
valid within the USA only. Reward Links are issued to Reward Recipient without
charge for loyalty, award, or promotional purposes, and are not sold to
consumers. Your Reward Link balance may be redeemed for national gift cards and
can be accessed at any time by clicking the Reward Link URL. Reward can only be
redeemed by the Reward Recipient; Reward cannot be transferred, sold or
exchanged. All redemptions are final. Reward Link balances from different
