it's great how it puts your itinerary in one place! I've been on a multi flight,
multi hotel trip and I haven't got lost yet! The advisors are also great. VERY
helpful , polite and personable! I've removed one star because it can take a
long time 1. to connect to the chat and 2. to get a counsellor.

Frustrating. Need to create a new account - and then can't log in to it; when I
request a password reset I get the message "unexpected error" (as opposed to the
expected type presumably...) Absolutely useless. Amex should be ashamed to put
out an app this buggy.

Too many bugs. Everytime I try login , it throws a different error. Have been
trying for the last 3 days but no success.

WHAT'S NEW

We are always working to improve the performance of our app and your experience
using it. Our latest release includes a new feature that allows users to share
live updates of their flights with colleagues and loved ones. Just open a trip,
select Actions in the top right corner, Live Flight Share and follow the
prompts. Your recipient(s) will receive a unique link with live updates on your
flight status(es).
