determine proper scope of repairs to ensure structural safety.

LiDar laser scanning of interior and exterior existing conditions to get the
most accurate dimensions to model and incorporate into Xactimate

Utilize EagleView, an aerial measurement on exterior structural elements missing
due to fire, so we have the most accurate values needed to include in the
Xactimate estimates.

Ensure air quality standards are met by incorporating an Industrial Hygienist on
every complex water and fire loss.

Use AskAiME, an AI third- party service to review our estimates prior to
submittal to the client. This ensures that the right estimate line items are in
the scope, and the wrong ones are not.





WHAT MAKES OUR PROCESS DIFFERENT?



Our goal when we write a loss is to ensure there is enough money to bring the
property back to pre-loss condition.

On every job we are called to, AccuPro Estimates will:

 * Have an experienced estimator on site to thoroughly scope the damages related
   to the claim.

 * Our IICRC certified estimators will utilize moisture meters to determine
   materials moisture content and infrared cameras that detect temperature
   variances in walls and floors.

 * Have a certified industrial hygienist on site for any complex water loss who
   will return to make sure everything passes air-quality testing according to
   IICRC standards after dry out is complete and before rebuild begins.
