ALIANT AND RICOH SIGNED A STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP TO PROVIDE EFFICIENT AND
SUSTAINABLE PRINTING AND IT SOLUTIONS IN ROMANIA

Aliant, leading Romanian IT integrator and digital transformation service
provider, signed a strategic partnership with Ricoh, a global leader in printing
equipment, solutions, and services. As a result, Aliant becomes an authorized
distributor of Ricoh products in Romania and expands its offerings to deliver
cutting-edge printing solutions to customers across various industries, as well
as a diversified range of resellers.

The Japanese company Ricoh supports companies to integrate important elements of
innovation and expertise. Through the partnership with Aliant, organizations
will have access to an extended range of Ricoh Digital Service solutions and
will be able to achieve their sustainability and productivity goals more easily,
optimize costs, and promote collaboration in the workplace.

As part of this partnership, Aliant will directly import and distribute printing
equipment, consumables, and spare parts, being also authorized for installation,
warranty, and post-warranty services for Ricoh.

The Aliant and Ricoh partnership represents an evolution towards diversified and
enhanced printing and IT solutions, dedicated to the Romanian market. The mix

adapted to the practical requirements of Romanian companies, with a deliberate
effort to boost operational efficiency and productivity.
