Couriers deliver directly to your building’s Parcel SafePlace using the
touchscreen and snap a quick picture of the shipping label.

Our technology matches the label to a resident, with the door to the room
unlocking and the courier placing the parcel on the corresponding shelf.

…RESIDENT NOTIFICATION…

Following delivery, residents are notified about their parcel in the Parcel
SafePlace and are given a one-time use code to access the room.

Residents enter their code at the Parcel SafePlace touch screen to pick up their

We have just moved to London and our building uses Parcel SafePlace for
deliveries. We receive notifications very quickly following the delivery of a
parcel and the system to access the Parcel is very easy to use.I did have an
issue after-hours this weekend. I emailed the company support email and received
a response within minutes and he was able to resolve the issue and provide me
access to the parcel room much faster than I would have expected.I am very
impressed and very glad we have such a responsive and efficient service at our
building.

I'm a courier and I use one of these rooms in one of the properties I deliver to
regularly. I think they're amazing, it makes my job so much quicker and
easier(especially this time of year) and I know that the parcels I deliver there
are safe.The other day I couldn't find the concierge and I'd forgotten the door
code, but luckily the support team contacted me within about 2 minutes so I'd
like to thank them for that.Overall I think they're a brilliant idea and
hopefully the other properties I deliver to will soon get one too! It just means
that I can deliver all my parcels first time and they are secure for the
customer.

I live in a building which uses Parcel SafePlace for deliveries. Its brilliant,
I get the notifications straight away and its easy but secure for me to then
access my parcel.I recently had a problem trying to locate my new passport, it
turned out the courier hadnt' delivered it to the parcel safeplace but to my
building's office. Dean was super helpful in assisting me to find it and based
on his tips I managed to locate it :)Really brilliant service!

Very simple and convenient to use. Always get notified when a package has turned
up and it's far better than having to wait for my important deliveries
