DocuSign eSignature: Cómo firmar un documento

Cuando alguien le envía un documento de DocuSign para que lo firme
electrónicamente, primero recibe un correo electrónico de DocuSign enviado en
nombre del remitente.

PASOS

 1. Revise el correo electrónico de DocuSign:
    * Abra el correo electrónico y revise el mensaje del remitente.
    * Seleccione REVISAR DOCUMENTO para comenzar el proceso de firma.
    * 
    * Acepte firmar electrónicamente: Revise la divulgación del consumidor y
      marque la casilla de verificación Doy mi consentimiento para usar los
      registros y firmas electrónicos.
    * 
    * Seleccione CONTINUAR para empezar el proceso de firma.
    * Importante Para ver y firmar los documentos, debe aceptar realizar
      negocios electrónicamente. Nota: Para ver las opciones adicionales, haga
      clic en OTRAS ACCIONES. Para obtener más información de otras acciones
      disponibles, revise nuestra Documentación sobre la firma.
 2. Inicie el proceso de firma:
    * Revise los documentos desplazando o usando las miniaturas de la página en
      el panel de navegación de la derecha.
    * Cuando esté listo para firmar, seleccione la etiqueta INICIAR a la
      izquierda para comenzar. Se le llevará a la primera etiqueta que requiera
      su acción. Seleccione la etiqueta FIRMAR.
    * 
      Se le pide que adopte su firma.
    * Compruebe que el nombre y las iniciales son correctos. Si no lo son, puede
      cambiarlos según sea necesario.
    * Seleccione ADOPTAR Y FIRMAR para adoptar y guardar la información de su
      firma y volver al documento.
    * 
 3. Confirme la firma:
    * Cuando termine de hacer clic en todas las etiquetas de firma del
      documento, confirme la firma seleccionando FINALIZAR.
    * Aparece un mensaje en el que se indica que ya completó el documento. Ahora
      puede descargar una copia en PDF del documento o imprimirlo. El remitente
      recibe un correo electrónico con el documento firmado adjunto, y el
      documento firmado aparece en su cuenta de DocuSign.
 4. Regístrese en una cuenta de DocuSign: Regístrese en una versión de prueba
    gratuita de DocuSign para guardar y enviar documentos.
