are a healthcare professional who works with older adults after hip fracture surgery. </span></span></span></span><br>

style="font-family:"New York",serif"><b><u><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="color:black">What will happen if I take part?</span></span></u></b></span></span><br>

style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="color:black">If you agree to take part, you will complete a survey anonymously. The survey will ask you questions about current practices at where you
work related to mobilisation timing, weight bearing prescription and achievement, and the common reasons for not prescribing or achieving early mobilisation and weight bearing as tolerated. The survey will

style="color:black">be asked to provide your consent. To do this you will be asked to indicate that you have read and understand the information provided and that you consent to your anonymous data being used for the

What is the purpose of the study?
