   PUBLIC NOTICES

 * RFP for Website Design and Hosting
   MaineHousing requesting proposals from experienced, qualified, and
   professional companies who can design an attractive and organized website
   dedicated to sharing information about the Maine Continuum of Care and the
   Statewide Homeless Council as well as their various committees, initiatives,
   and other information related to homelessness in Maine. MaineHousing is
   seeking either direct hosting services or strong recommendations for hosting
   solutions for the site. Deadline for submission is January, 19, 2024 @ 5pm.
 * PUBLIC NOTICE - HOME ARP Allocation Plan Substantial Amendment Available For
   Comment
   MaineHousing will conduct a public hearing on a Substantial Amendment to the
   Allocation Plan for the HOME-American Rescue Plan Program (HOME-ARP) on
   January 12, 2024. The deadline for written comment is 5pm on January 16,
   2024.
 * RESCHEDULED December 2023 Board Meeting
   A regular meeting of the Commissioners of the Maine State Housing Authority
   (“MaineHousing”) will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, December 22, 2023.


MAINEHOUSING NEWS

 * Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) To End
   MaineHousing will stop taking applications for the HAF Program at 5:00PM
   local time on January 10, 2024.
 * 2023 State of Maine Housing Study
   The passage of LD 2003 required the state to set specific housing production
   goals. Over the past year, the State of Maine DECD, the Governor's Office of
   Policy Innovation and the Future, and MaineHousing engaged an outside
   consultant to conduct a comprehensive housing needs analysis to assess the
   availability and affordability of housing in the state. Check out the final
