ONBOARDING TO THE VERIDA NETWORK

This first mission guides you through the process of onboarding onto the Verida
Network. It's designed to familiarize you with the Network's features,
functionalities, and ecosystem, ensuring you have a smooth and seamless
experience as a Verida user.

2. Depending on being on mobile or desktop, either click the button, or scan the
QR code with your phone
3. Follow the instructions to install the Wallet and create your Identity
4. You may have to refresh this page and connect again

   CREATE A VERIDA IDENTITY
   
   Verida identities are an implementation of the Decentralized Identifier (DID)
   Standard from the W3C. A DID has a unique address (e.g.
   did:vda:testnet:0x6B2...a6F) that is controlled by an end user with a private
   key or seed phrase. A user can verify themselves to another user, entity or
   application by sharing their unique DID address.

   UPDATE YOUR PUBLIC PROFILE
   
   Each Verida Identity has a public profile that anyone can read from but only
   the owner can write to. The profile includes name, country, description and
   avatar. Except the name, all other properties are optional. Although, for
   this activity, we ask you to fill them with whatever you want (you can stay
   anon).

   With the Markdown Editor demo app, you can create notes with markdown
   formatting. Notes are encrypted and securely stored in your Verida
   self-sovereign datastore.

LEVERAGE CREDENTIALS AND ZERO-KNOWLEDGE WITH POLYGON ID

The Verida Wallet supports Polygon ID for receiving and storing Verifiable
Credentials (VC), which can be presented in a privacy-preserving way to third
parties via Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP). This mission will guide you through the
flow of using the Verida Wallet with various issuers and verifiers in the
Polygon ID ecosystem.
