GOOD FOR IT'S PRICE!

Look. The handles won't go as high as you want them to. I think it's because
this is a Tour de France style, intense road bike. So the handle have you in
an aggressive biking position.

I'm 5'3" and I do alright, I had to get a cushion seat cover. I also bought
a tablet so I can view the app better. You can use this with your phone,
however the tablet is better.

I got this on sale, $100 off with 1 yr free membership. That's worth it. I
may upgrade to NordicTrack down the line but for now it's doing what I need
it to do for a fraction of the price.

Also look on YouTube if you need to hack th resistance level

NICE BUDGET STATIONARY BIKE

Nice budget stationary bike. I ordered one online and saw it sitting by the
front door a week later. The box was damaged, torn and stained all over.
FedEx had tape all over it. After opening, parts were in a jumbo, crushed
padding, broken wires, etc. Didn't know if parts were missing or damaged. Of
course, Costco store took it back. Ordered a second one and it arrived fine.
Assembly was straightforward. Bike was heavy and fairly stable. The
handlebar and seats are adjustable so it was fine for family members from
5'2" to 5'9" tall. Magnetic resistance worked great. The display LCD showed
multiple info. Seat was extremely uncomfortable for a man and had to be
replaced.

GREAT COVID EXERCISE ALTERNATIVE

Bought this bike a year ago when the gyms shut down due to COVID. My wife
and I are not huge bikers, but wanted a form of cardio at our house.
Pros: - Simple to use
- Easy to assemble
- Very fun with the iFit connection
- Durable - after a full year of steady use, the bike still operates as it
did new

Negatives:
- Seat not comfortable, so we had to buy a seat cover.
- Pretty aggressive ride style - Handle bars and seat don't adjust enough,
so you are forced to lean forward a little more than I would prefer

Overall, for the price I think this bike was well worth it for the money.

SOLID BIKE, NEEDS BATTERIES TO CHANGE RESISTANCE

I'm 5'4" and love everything about this bike, except sometimes I feel like
the handlebars are slightly too far away, and even with my bike shorts my
bum gets sore after a long ride. Otherwise it's smooth and quiet! Assembly
was pretty easy, just make sure to follow the steps exactly! We had one
fiasco with one of the electrical cables falling down and getting stuck but
got it out eventually. This bike needs batteries in order to change the
resistance which I didn't realize (I thought it was done manually) so if you
don't have the electrical working you can't change the resistance, which I
think is one flaw. As long as all the wire connections stay solid, I love
this bike.

GREAT BIKE!

I bought the cheaper version from Costco in early February. I had read
really bad reviews on it, and wondered if I made a good decision. The
resistance on it would not work. I called ProForm's customer service and sat
on hold for at least a half hour. I got a friendly person that sent me an
email with a You Tube video explaining how to fix it. My husband did what
the video said to do, and it now works will full resistance. This bike is
super quiet, stable and well made. I LOVE the iFit rides you can do and feel
like you are there. I did put pedals and a different seat on it and I am
very satisfied. Great way to get a "ride" in when the weather doesn't permit
it. Take a chance and buy one.. I am happy with the customer service I
recieved.

GREAT BIKE AND IT DOES HOLD UP

I have had this bike (well the generation before this one) for over 2 years
now. Covid got me using it almost every day. I have 150 workouts already
this year on the bike (it's mid July now) and I really enjoy the bike. The
free year of IFIT is great. The thing I like most about IFIT is that they
have rides that are like being outdoors in different places around the
world. I don't like the studio workouts (they do have them if thats what you
are looking for) and would rather do a ride where I can pretend I am riding
some cool place around the world.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered the Proform Tour De France bike especially since since they had an
attractive offer of a 1 year free iFIT membership. I received the bike
yesterday 1/31/22 but the activation code for the iFIT membership was NOT in
the box as promised. Good luck trying to get assistance from Proform or iFIT
on this issue. I’ve been trying to get assistance for 1.5 days now. I’ve sat
on hold with iFIT for 2 HOURS +!! Proform is stating they cannot help as
this is an iFIT issue. But who packages the bike to insert the activation
code??!! I’m tired of the run around and will return this as customer
service is non-existent! It’s a shame….

GREAT FOR THE PRICE POINT!

For the price it’s a great product! Not far off from the least expensive
version from proform! The seat is uncomfortable. So I recommend buying a gel
seat when you order this that way you can enjoy your workouts pain free! FYI
all indoor cycle seats are uncomfortable a gel seat is needed unless you can
do without! The tablet holder pivots up and down not left to right. All in
all great bike for the beginner cyclists or even if you’re experienced!
Delivery was fast! Assembly was quick and easy! 30 min tops!! I downloaded a
video to help and guide!
