Although the controller burned up twice, I'm not certain it was the fault of the
company. They replaced it once already....anyway, no big deal. I solved the
problem using a manual switch to make the actuator go up and down and that's
fine with me. It's just to raise and lower the cover over my whole house
generator. It's not a hospital bed or anything like that. The quality of
everything else was spectacular!!

The part works very well and I am pleased with it. I had to order 2 of the same
actuator as the first order had not arrive within 2 weeks and the workers were
not going to be around.any longer, so I ordered a second time. the second piece
arrived within 2 days and the cabinet problem was fixed. After another week the
first order arrived. I was required to pay for the return of the late part.

My project was replacing a 12vdc linear actuator on an Arcadia pergola system. I
was quoted a crazy amount to have it done by a local company. And they said the
new actuator would most likely burn up my current controller, costing me even
more. By luck I stumbled across Progressive Automations on the internet. Found
what I thought might work. Submitted a question to their technical team and
received a response very quickly. My only regret is not finding out that they
would customize the limits until after I had ordered a stock actuator. A limit
switch and diode solved my problem and everything is working perfectly.

Love your products but was never able to order my linear actuator via your
website. The first time, I know I clicked the right areas but did not check the
final order and sure enough, it had ordered the 1" throw instead of the 8" throw
that I intended. I am still very happy with your company and how you allow us to
return units so we can eventually get the right one, as I have now ordered 2 of
the 16 throw units and they work perfectly.

I assembled a powered standing table/desk large enough to support two 32"
monitors and a 39" display, with space left over. Assembly was not a problem,
the kit was well packed (and very *heavy*), and complete, including nice cable
ties. Entire assembly is solid. I didn't buy one of their tops, I had built one
already from a project several years ago; I built the whole thing upside down
and then flipped it over. Operation is relatively quiet and quick. Did not need
to chat with customer service.

I ordered 6 total actuators of different sizes as well as 2 control boxes for
two different voltages. They were all packaged very nicely and arrived in good
condition. The control boxes work well and allow for easy implementation into a
system. The only thing that I had some problems with was that the specs specify
the amperage at different loads and I found mine to be at a lower amperage than
what was advertised with a similar load. They also took a few days more than on
the website to ship, although I will gladly wait an extra few days to get a
superior product. I will be ordering more products very soon to automate my
system with your Arduino boards and I can update my review once I have done
that.

Very cool TV lift. It was easy to install and it works perfect. I explored
different lifts and this is the most compact lift I found. It also has the
longest travel of any I looked at. Perfect! I installed it from in the attic so
the TV drops down from the ceiling. Frankly, it is cooler than the TV. At first
I thought it was a bit spendy, but then when I look at regular TV mounts selling
for $180-$200, I realize this mount is five times the mount of any other. The
price is a very good price.
