INFORMAZIONI SU DI ME

CHI SONO...

Sono Mauro Grova, ed attualmente lavoro come Dirigente Medico presso l'U.O.S.D.
Endoscopia Digestiva dell'A.O.O.R. Villa Sofia-Cervello.

Ho conseguito la laurea in Medicina e Chirurgia e la successiva specializzazione
in Malattie dell'apparato digerente presso l'Università degli studi di Palermo.

Durante il periodo di formazione e successivamente professionale ho acquisito
competenze specifiche nella gestione delle principali patologie di pertinenza
gastroenterologica e nell'esecuzione di esami strumentali endoscopici
diagnostici e terapeutici.

Le patologie di cui mi sono occupato principalmente sono la malattia di Crohn e
la rettocolite ulcerosa, ma ho anche maturato esperienza nella gestione della
sindrome dell'intestino irritabile, reflusso gastroesofageo ed esofagiti,
gastrite e dispepsia funzionale, celiachia, malattia diverticolare del colon,
cirrosi epatica ed eventuali sue complicanze, compreso l'epatocarcinoma.
