We prefer to work with you on a pre-arranged setting. For customers that decide
to go with a defined SLA, the hourly rates might differ as per our individual
rates and commitment. The smallest pre-arranged SLA will be 300 CHF which grants
you access to the 24×7 hotline, and a best effort trouble resolution.

If you need emergency assistance outside of the core business hours, you can
either order this as a one-off purchase for 300 CHF, which will then escalate
the ticket to the next available technician. As soon as a technician will work
on your case, the proper hourly rate will be charged additionally to your
ticket.
