HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE CANCELING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

In order to properly cancel your subscription, please refer to your bank
statement to confirm how you are being charged for Pandora. Then refer to the
appropriate section below.

Cancel my Apple-billed subscription or trial

Cancel my Amazon Appstore-billed subscription or trial
Cancel my Best Buy-billed subscription or trial
Cancel my Roku-billed subscription or trial

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE CANCELING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You can cancel your subscription at any point to stop any future payments. To
avoid being charged again at your renewal date (or at the end of your free trial
period), be sure to cancel your subscription or trial at least 24 hours
beforehand. 

 * Uninstalling the Pandora app from your devices does not automatically cancel
   your subscription for you.
 * You must cancel your subscription or trial through the vendor who manages it.
 * Pandora Support is unable to manage subscriptions or trials purchased through
   Apple, Amazon, Best Buy, Roku, Sam's Club or carriers such as Verizon,
   T-Mobile, etc. Pandora cannot cancel those subscriptions or trials, change
   your subscription plan, or issue refunds for subscriptions purchased through
   any of these app stores.

If you have any questions about our subscriptions please refer to our Terms of
Service or contact the Pandora support team for further clarification.

CANCEL MY APPLE-BILLED SUBSCRIPTION OR TRIAL

Pandora does not have access to the Apple billing system, so we're unable to
assist with managing or canceling subscriptions made through the App Store.
It's also important to note that uninstalling the Pandora app does not
automatically cancel your Pandora subscription through Apple.

 

For steps to manage or cancel a trial or subscription from your preferred
device, view Apple's See or cancel your subscriptions steps.  

You can also contact the Apple support team directly for further assistance.

CANCEL MY GOOGLE PLAY-BILLED SUBSCRIPTION OR TRIAL

If you purchased your subscription from the Google Play Store, use the following
steps to cancel your subscription:

 1. Go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
 2. Under Subscriptions find Pandora.
 3. Click Cancel Subscription then follow the prompts to confirm the
    cancellation.

You can also get in touch with the Google Play support team directly.

CANCEL MY PANDORA-BILLED SUBSCRIPTION OR TRIAL 

Cancel your subscription from a computer:
 1. Sign in to your account on our website.
 2. Go to the Subscriptions page. (You can also access this from the Settings
    menu.)
 3. Select Switch Plans.
 4. Click Cancel Subscription in the bottom corner of the screen.
 5. Enter your current password to confirm the cancellation of any future
    subscription payments.

Cancel your subscription from a mobile device: 

 1. Go to the Pandora website.
 2. Select the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left.
 3. Then tap Subscription. (Log in to your account if prompted.)
 4. From your Subscription details page select Switch Plans and then Cancel
    Subscription.
 5. Enter your password to confirm. 

Once cancellation has been completed, your current subscription benefits will be
active until your expiration date.

CANCEL MY AMAZON-BILLED SUBSCRIPTION OR TRIAL

Unfortunately, Pandora does not have access to Amazon's billing system, so we
cannot assist with managing any payments made through Amazon.

If you're being charged for your subscription through Amazon (e.g., if you
upgraded from a Kindle Fire or an Android device with the Amazon Appstore),
please use the following directions to cancel your subscription: 

Cancel your subscription from a Kindle Fire: 

 1. From your Kindle Fire device Home Screen, press Apps.
 2. Select Store.
 3. From the store menu, select My Subscriptions.
 4. Tap on Pandora.
 5. Turn auto-renewal off to cancel your subscription. 

Cancel your subscription from the Amazon Appstore on an Android device:
 1. Launch the Amazon Appstore application.
 2. From the Appstore menu, click on Subscriptions.
 3. From the My Subscriptions screen, click on Pandora Subscription.
 4. From the Subscription screen, you can turn auto-renewal off to cancel your
    subscription.

CANCEL MY BEST BUY-BILLED SUBSCRIPTION OR TRIAL

If you purchased or received your subscription through Best Buy, use one of the
following options to cancel your subscription.

To cancel your Pandora subscription through Best Buy online:

 1. Sign in or create a BestBuy.com account using the email address you provided
    when you first purchased your subscription
 2. Visit the Plans and Subscriptions page in your BestBuy.com account
 3. Select the option to cancel your subscription
 4. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation

To cancel your Pandora subscription through Best Buy over the phone:

 1. Call 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289)

CANCEL MY ROKU-BILLED SUBSCRIPTION OR TRIAL

Pandora does not have access to Roku's billing system, so we cannot assist with
managing any payments made through Roku.

To cancel your Roku subscription:

 1. Go to https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions.

 2. Select Unsubscribe next to Pandora.

If you have any trouble with these steps, please contact the Roku support team
and they should be able to help you. You can get in touch with them t their
website here, or by phone at: (888) 600-7658.

CANCEL MY CARRIER-BILLED SUBSCRIPTION OR TRIAL

We're unable to provide support for carrier-billed subscriptions. You will need
to contact your mobile carrier for additional help with canceling your
subscription.

To cancel a Pandora Premium subscription that you've added to your AT&T
Unlimited Plus plan, contact the AT&T support team.

CANCEL MY SAM'S CLUB SUBSCRIPTION

We're unable to provide billing support for Sam's Club subscriptions.

To cancel a Pandora subscription purchased through Sam’s Club, you will need to
manage it from your Sam’s Club account settings.

If you have any trouble, you can reach out to the Sam’s Club support team for
further assistance.
