I HAVE HAD MINIMAL ERRORS AND TROUBLES…

I have had minimal errors and troubles with keep truckin. One eld malfunction
and a replacement was sent to me ASAP. Always have had great customer support!

SOMETIMES THE CONNECTION GETS DROPPED

Sometimes the connection gets dropped when I'm in the truck, but it's easily
reconnected by removing and connecting the vehicle again. I've only had to send
a safety report once during inspection and it worked fine, so I'm happy.

MY COMPANY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS

My company went out of business my dot number and mc number are both inactive I
have explained this to the customer service and they said they will get back to
me they are still attempting to charge my card despite literally no activity on
the eld for months…no one gets back to me…they have a clause in the contract to
cancel the service if your out of business, I screen captured this and included
it in my first and 2nd email asking to cancel, and no response…….

MYSELF

Keep trucking has done a good job for me. I just wish they had a way of shocking
me before I screw up. I have always had a problem with taking care of my logs
and as a owner operator it isn’t any better thanks again keep trucking

I CANCELED SERVICE AND THEN THEY STILL…

I canceled service and then they still took out 42.00 for the next month . I
call let them know I no longer own the truck and want my money back . They said
ok they will refund it . This was taken out in September 17 and I still have not
got a credit back . I have my bank to block anymore transactions. If I don’t
receive this I will post it up on my Instagram and let all other truckers be
aware of this

WE ARE TRYING TO GET A DIAGNOSTIC CABLE…

We are trying to get a diagnostic cable for an ELD for our new truck. You guys
have sent the wrong one three times. Not impressed. Still can't use the ELD in
our new truck.
