HOW THIS SITE WORKS - RULES

Welcome to JungleBanner.com

Below we detail how this site works and the description of each section.

JungleBanner.com is a banner advertising site that benefits both the advertiser
and the user of JungleBanner.com. The advertiser gets guaranteed visits to his
website, and the user who sees the ad benefits because he gets points that can
later be exchanged for cash.

To get the benefits that JungleBanner.com offers you, the first thing you have
to do is register as a user.

After registering you will receive an email to verify your account and be able
to log in.

After registration, you can log in and you will have access to all the sections
in the members area:

 * Profile
 * My banners
 * Points
 * Referrals
 * Commissions

From the main page you have access to 5 blocks of banners that we call slots.

Clicking on each of the banners will open the advertiser's page with a 10 second
timer. After 10 seconds you will earn the number of points that appears under
each banner, and by clicking when indicated you will return to the main page so
you can continue seeing other ads by clicking on the corresponding banner.

The number of points you earn for viewing each banner is based on the slot
number to which the banner belongs. The higher the banner is, the more points
you earn.

Each banner can be viewed as many times as you want, but you will only earn
points once a day for each banner, and you must first log in.

The next day you can return to JungleBanner and repeat the clicks on each banner
to earn more points.

USER STATUS

When you log in for the first time you will see under the JungleBanner.com logo
the message Status: Inactive

All users, when registering, appear as inactive.

An inactive user can see ads but will not earn any points for clicking on them.

An active user can earn points, which can be exchanged for cash.

To be an Active user, one of these two conditions must be met:

 * buy tokens
 * or that a referral of yours buys tokens

PROFILE

From the PROFILE section you can:

 * Update your name information
 * Update your Payeer account
 * Change password
 * Activate or deactivate the sending of our emails to your email inbox.
 * Your profile photo is pulled from your Gravatar account, if you have one.
 * Delete your account: When you delete your account all your information
   completely disappears, including your banners, points and commissions.

From the bottom of your profile you have access to:

 * buy tokens
 * view, edit and delete your banners
 * redeem your points to cash
 * see your referrals got
 * see your commissions

WHAT ARE TOKENS

The tokens are our currency to be able to buy a slot on the main page and place
your banner.

You can buy tokens from the Payeer payment gateway, with the value of each token
being $1.00

You can buy as many tokens as you want. Then for each banner you add you can use
the tokens you have purchased.

In the Banners section you can see the price rates of each slot.

MY BANNERS

From the My Banners section you can see your banners and the status of each one.

When you add a banner the initial status is: pending approval.

Before submitting a URL to JungleBanner, please read these rules very carefully
and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these
rules, your site will be suspended.

 * The banner format must be 468x60 px.
 * No sites with illegal activity.
 * No frame-breaking sites.
 * No viruses, trojans, or spyware.
 * No adult content.
 * No Banner Ad Rotator.
 * Sites with multiple popups and popunders or other frame stopping or
   irritating gadgets will be removed without warning and banned from the
   system.
 * JungleBanner has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or
   questionable.

After the banner is approved by the admin it goes to the state: Active.
In active state the banner can be seen by users.

When the banner reaches the maximum number of clicks contracted, the status
changes to: Finished.

If the banner is rejected by the admin, the status is: Suspended. Then, you will
have to edit the banner and enter the correct information.

HOW TO ADD A BANNER

To add a new banner you can do it from the main page. Below each banner there is
a green button that is used to place a banner in that slot.

Then you have to indicate:

 * the banner image url
 * the target url of the banner
 * and the maximum number of clicks you want to get on the banner

The maximum numbers of clicks are in 4 groups:

 * 1000 clicks
 * 2000 clicks
 * 4000 clicks
 * 8000 clicks

and each group has a different price (in tokens) that depends on the selected
slot. Slot 1 is the most expensive and slot 5 is the cheapest.

REDEEM POINTS

From the Points button you can redeem the points you have and convert them into
cash.

Each point has a value of $0.001

You can redeem points as many times as you want.

Once you redeem points, a record will be added to your list of commissions.

REFERRALS

From the Referrals button you can see a list of all your referrals.

And you also have access to the affiliate tools, where you have your affiliate
link to JungleBanner.com and banners so you can promote JungleBanners.com and
thus get referrals.


COMMISSIONS

From the commissions button you can see a list with all your commissions. Every
time a referral makes a purchase you will earn a 10% commission.

HOW TO WITHDRAW COMMISSIONS

It is not necessary to request any withdrawal. Once you have managed to reach
the amount of $5 in commissions, we will send that amount to your Payeer

data and privacy of citizens. By completing and sending the registration form
you grant permission for the collection and processing of your personal data.
The purpose of this is to be able to check your data for the processing of any

with the GDPR, you also have the right to inspect, correct or delete data on
request.

Commissions

You agree to receive any earned commissions via your Payment Processor. When
your balance reaches $5 we will send you the money to your Payment Processor. Be
sure to enter your Payment Processor account on your profile. Members without
verified account of your Payment Processor on their profile will not be paid.

Fraud Prevention

Each member must use a valid email address which will be verified. To receive
commission payments from JungleBanner, members must use their real/legal name.
Name of your Payment Processor and your registered name at JungleBanner must
match to receive payments. At any time, we may ask for proof of ID to verify
your legal identity.

If we detect that you enter the username of another Member at the time of
claiming a prize, your account will be suspended.

Number of Accounts

You agree to only create 1 account.

EMAILS

By joining JungleBanner YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE EMAILS FROM support @
JungleBanner.com. Please add this email address to your address book and mark
all emails from support @ JungleBanner.com as NOT SPAM. This is to ensure all
members get promos info, winners info, updates, commissions info etc.

No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails are allowed

If your email address bounces or sends back JungleBanner a message with an
autoresponder, you risk having your account deleted.

Liability
JungleBanner is a promotional marketing tool used to help members promote all of
their offers on the Internet. JungleBanner does not make any promises written or
implied as to the amount of money that can be made from JungleBanner.

It is your responsibility to make sure your email address for your Payment
Processor account is correct. Commission payments made to the wrong account
because of an incorrectly entered id is your responsibility. Should your account
at your Payment Processor be locked or restricted for any reason, that is also
your responsibility. JungleBanner will not be held liable.

Suspicious Referrals

We reserve the right to delete any member or referral that we feel is suspicious
or a fake account. These accounts will be deleted without warning.

Policies
All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of JungleBanner.  We
reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we deem necessary at
any time. All members agree that they will not hold JungleBanner liable for any
items or policies within this program.

Refunds
No refunds are given. The reason is because the money you pay is destined for an
advertising service.

SPAM
JungleBanner has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be
deleted from the program. If you are to include JungleBanner's name or URL in
any email promotion, please only email to your own "double-optin" subscribers. 
Safelists are also allowed as well as downline mailing programs.

The following are grounds for termination of your account:

To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal
double-optin list.   If this does not make sense to you, then do not include
promotions for JungleBanner in emails.
To falsify user information provided to JungleBanner or to other users of the
service in connection with JungleBanner, or any of it's other sites.
To use the JungleBanner name and URL via bought commercial bulk email lists.


JungleBanner considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service
and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who often
bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by JungleBanner
terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will
result in termination of the offender's account.

In addition, we have the right, where feasible, to implement technical
mechanisms which block multiple postings as described above before they are
forwarded.

Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit JungleBanner
actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.

JungleBanner reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may
deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation
taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and
removing them from the program.

In addition, JungleBanner reserves at all times all rights and remedies
available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.

We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this
agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to
civil and criminal prosecution.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to
these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.
