KRAV MAGA - "THE WORLD'S MOST EFFECTIVE HAND-TO-HAND FIGHTING SYSTEM"

Krav Maga is one of the most effective and efficient self-defense systems in the
world. Unlike other martial arts, Krav Maga was developed to adapt instinctive
reactions into the most effective defenses to real-world threats. Because the
system is based on instinctive movements, Krav Maga is also one of the easiest
self-defense systems to learn, retain, and employ in a high-stress environment.

Our classes are structured to promote physical fitness and to train both the
mind and body to function effectively under high stress conditions. Don't worry,
that doesn't mean you have to be an Olympic athlete to train in Krav Maga! We
all have to start somewhere, and while we work technique we also grow in speed
and strength.
