Congratulations to the Marketing & Sales/Digital team at EL Academy for winning
the Electrify Our World 2021 Digital Award. Their curriculum offerings ranged
from Electrification’s portfolio to the Technical Sales Layer to scenario-based
workshops. They delivered 33,000+ hours of learning in nine languages during the
global pandemic, contributing to a significant upturn in EL´s digital sales

In this edition we focus on Functions as we introduce new courses for
Communications, HR and Operations.




Learn to navigate tricky matters of branding and social media with the EL
Communications learning platform. These courses are specifically designed for
communications professionals, managers and anyone who supports external
communications. Build good habits and facilitate cross-knowledge sharing with
Operation’s peer-to-peer coaching course Working Out Loud for Performance.
