WHAT JUST HAPPENED?

Don't worry, this is an authorized spear phishing simulation conducted by
WORLDLINE. This simulation helps WORLDLINE understand the effectiveness of
security measures and improves the ability of staff to spot and correctly handle
phishing emails.

Phishing is the name given to a type of scam, usually conducted via email,
social networks or instant messaging in which the attacker attempts to get the
victim to click on a malicious link, open a file attachment, or trick the user
into entering their password into a fake web site. Phishing emails often use
official logos, colors and even correct phone numbers in order to appear
legitimate.

TIPS FOR STAYING SAFE:

 * Do not trust any email that urgently requests your personal information,
   username or password.
 * Never click on links in emails until you confirm the sender is authentic.
 * Check the "From:" field closely but know that the "From:" field can be
   spoofed.
 * Phishing websites may look real, by using company logos, and domain names
that might be close mis-spellings or lookalikes.
 * Be suspicious of attachments with a generic or impersonal message.
 * Think about the information you are being asked to provide. Legitimate
companies will not ask you to provide personal or sensitive information over
   email.
 * Legitimate companies will never ask you to confirm your personal information
   or username/password in email.
