CRITERIA

 * One organization will be selected as the Culture of the Year by the Kudos
   Awards Committee
 * The winner must meet the criteria in the Leader category + have demonstrated
   exceptional commitment and strides in the last year toward improving and
   driving a world-class workplace culture

CRITERIA

 * Demonstrated commitment to great workplace culture
 * Positive employee feedback (internal survey results and/or external reviews
   (e.g. Glassdoor)
 * Quantity and quality of initiatives to increase employee engagement
 * Measurable improvements/strong performance in Kudos activation,
   participation, and reach data
 * Data that demonstrates culture building efforts are delivering the desired
   results/trending in the right direction (e.g., Improved employee engagement
   scores, reduced turnover, improved productivity, stronger employer brand)

Culture Innovator


CRITERIA

 * Demonstrated commitment to great workplace culture by HR and leadership
 * Positive employee feedback (internal survey results and/or external reviews
   (ex. Glassdoor)
 * Creative/unique use  of the Kudos platform to build culture
 * Quantity and quality of initiatives to increase employee engagement
 * Strong performance in Kudos activation, participation, and reach data

Excellence in Employee Engagement


CRITERIA

 * A Glassdoor rating above 3/5, preferably over 4/5
 * Metrics that support a healthy workplace culture (eNPS score, engagement
   survey results, turnover rate)
 * Proven investment and commitment to workplace culture through employee
   programs, benefits, and efforts to support Corporate Social Responsibility
   (CSR) + Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)


SELECTION PROCESS

 1. Complete the Application Form (we want to hear your story!)
 2. Applications and Interviews will be evaluated by the selection committee
    based on the following criteria (total of 10 points available):

Up to 5 points for Effort & Impact:
Did your application provide examples of dedicated programs and initiatives to
improve employee experience and culture, including examples of how Kudos is used
in those initiatives?

Up to 5 points for Leadership & Results:
Did your application provide examples and proof points that the efforts to
improve culture through Kudos have benefited organizational results and employee
performance?
